我們一家人路過拉薩，選擇了這個店住宿一晚，總體來講設施和服務都很不錯。在這裏我想提一個小插曲，其他酒店我也講過，退房那天，目睹一個老闆人模熊樣的人，在大堂就當著前台和其他顧客的麪抽煙，吞雲吐霧，如果這種事情發生在餐廳，我一定會善意提醒，但是發生在大堂，我個人感覺是周遭的人都習以為常，無論有沒有小孩子在。眾人都容忍的一個小惡，滿滿就是一個大惡，希望將來，酒店人餐飲人有更好的辦法應付這種醜惡的上帝。最後，每一個用心用力管理門店的經營者，都應該從市場中獲得回饋，每一個在門店日常運作當中兢兢業業的員工，都應該值得顧客的肯定和尊重。在此，謝謝。
