"This is a wonderful hotel. It is beautifully furnished, maintaining the grace and style of traditional architecture but made modern and extremely comfortable with the latest fixtures and bathrooms. The room was spacious with windows that open and a comfortable bed. Best of all was the delicious food served at the restaurant and the friendliness of the staff. The town of Levoca is off the beaten track but well worth a visit. Don't neglect to take a hike to the church on top of the nearby hill for the great vistas."

"We travel a lot, but we never met such unpleasant hotel owners. We came to the hotel and said hello, but nobody answered. There was one girl at reception, but she looked like she does not see us. After a few minutes came other women, say no hello, and just asked for the passports. We put them to the reception desk and wait. She did not take our ID cards, she set at the computer and solved another passports and let us wait without any word. We were tired and wanted to go to the room so we asked for the keys. She gave us a room on the 3rd floor so we asked if there is a lift, she said there can not be a lift because it is a historic building. I understand why there is no lift, but don't understand why they are not helpful to bring the luggage to the room. The room smelled of cigarettes, was dusty, non-functional light in the corridor, and an offline fridge with a warm sect :-). The door to the shower was only for small people. When we asked if they have a room with a shower where my partner "fit in", we get no answer. We went for a walk and when we came back to the hotel the owners waited for us and told us that if we don't like it they give us the money back and we can find another accommodation. It was around 22:30! I thought when she started to talk that she wants to offer us another room. It would be a nice hotel after some innovation but with different management."

"Nice hotel directly in the centre (main place) of Levoca. We were in a room on the 3rd floor in the back building area: Very quiet. Rooms very spacious, with a lounge, bathroom/wc spaciously separated, and spacious shelf room with minibar, two tables. Equipment as indicated, but there is no air conditioning - which, for a few weeks in the summer, is not a problem. The hotel is, as indicated, undergoed in an old building (or several combined) old buildings - thereby the room division is a little angled, various stages between, the reception is not at the entrance but in the 1st floor. Lift in the 1. There is a stock, but because of the construction situation, people who can't go well up (roller/rolling chairs) are not suitable. As in the restaurant with breakfast, even dinner was booked - in the same building. The food was very good, there was a menu as a map. Cofola is also offered as a drink. :-)"

"Everything about the hotel was good, but there was no air conditioning during a heatwave, and no kettle, so I couldn't even make a cup of tea. For the price, the hotel should really provide AC and a kettle. I hope these issues can be addressed."

"The hotel is rather far from nearest town with not much to do in the evenings. Staff was not very friendly, rather strict to the point, not all speak English well enough to serve. Room was so OUTDATED, small, carpets need to be replaces no faciliteis in the room- really disappointing comparing to the hotel lobby and shared areas. Pool area was really good and they also have sauna. Prices are rather high for the dull room you get. Dinner was ok, not more but it is better that you reserve a half board since you have no restaurans around and the roads are not the best to drive at night. Overall experience- you better choose a different one."

"It is the best hotel in the Tatras and in Slovakia, in my opinion. Fantastic service, helpful staff, professional approach in every case. Wonderful food prepared by real masters. Special thanks to our favorite Andrea, who always takes care of us kindly and professionally at dinner. I loved staying here and my only problem is that I only stayed for 1 night , I wish I had stayed longer it is honestly so great the room was super super clean and amenities are really good .massive size rooms and bathroom was the best I've come across in a long time . loads of parking and a lovely bar /restaurant is there swell it looked amazing . as we went skiing in the tarts I found it close to the resorts and has great access and security points that make it feel safe . 5/5 *****. I will return ."
