"Nice historic house, partially functioning as a museum, location on the water front but, house with 4 or 5 rooms can be noisy, sometimes tours coming thru the house and privacy can be an issue. Parking can be an issue, only available on street. Check-in, you must go next door to reception at hotel Terminal, but nothing to tell you that on your booking. Pictures of pool look like it belongs directly to the villa, no, its part of hotel Terminal next door but accessible and you get towels from reception. Pool bery clean and nice. Breakfast, is very limited, some nice little danishes and croissants and there it ends- only a dish with ham and cheese, hard boiled eggs and the scrambled eggs cold and looked like someone had them already. Staff kind of nice but also somewhat ignorant. Language barrier not the problem, I speak Italian. Overall the location saved the day, but would never stay here again. Maybe all a bit slow here, cause still slightly off season."

"The building is dated but well-maintained. The staff is helpful and courteous. Unfortunately, we were assigned a room on the second floor... but it's manageable for one night. The room has a TV but no refrigerator, but we were given the option of chilling our snacks in the restaurant's refrigerator. Top-notch cleanliness."

"Cosy hotel with very good pool area and pleasant staff! We lived two adults and one teenager in the same room, double bed and one single bed.  Benefits: Pool and pool area Good, clean rooms with fine balconies  Good, fresh breakfast, always with fresh fruit, yoghurt, croissants 🥐, bread, eggs, appliances etc Free parking and about 10-20 minutes by car to fine sand beaches or snoring at cliffs.  A walk away from the city/by where there are many restaurants. You can also stroll along the promenade near the water in the evenings where there are salesmen and the possibility to buy gelato 🍧.  Fine view of the port  Disadvantages: Dogs selling in the morning ( guests dogs ) Music, there are cash covers playing in the speakers at the pool.  Costly in the pool bar and restaurant tex cost a small beer 6€ Several staff speak only Italian and cannot or can only a few single English words.  Wifi cover was a little inadequate upstairs of the room"

"The most unwelcoming hotel we have ever stayed in, the staff were completely uninterested in us, the hotel was empty and we were located above the noisy pool bar that played loud music to nobody. There were 2 functions during our week stay and the hotel then came alive to cater for these guests. The grounds were dirty, the room wasn't cleaned for the first 2 days and the balcony wasn't cleaned at all. Breakfast was basically left overs from the functions and got worse as the week progressed. The pool was roped off all week and after swimming once were told we should have worn swimming caps. Quite simply the hotel is more 2 star than 4 and despite the attractive reception and pool area the staff ruined the whole experience and we will never return."

"Staying at B&B Santa Maria di Leuca was one of the highlights of our trip. In truth, it should not be called a B&B but a guest house, as the hospitality goes far beyond what one might expect. Ferdinando, Flavia and Ferdinando’s wonderful mother could not have been kinder or more generous. From the moment we arrived, they treated us with such warmth and sincerity that we felt more like family than visitors. The accommodation was spotless and comfortable, but what truly made our stay special was the atmosphere of genuine care and friendliness. We left with great memories and a deep appreciation for the people who run this beautiful place. Highly recommended."
