The spa area is a gem, fantastic, the treatments were excellent! We will come back on June!"

"Horrible experience. We checked in late and were met by a receptionist who was busy with everything else but helping us. When we got to the room and tried to open the door, the handle fell off, and we had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come and help. We finally got into the room and found that the sheets, bedding, and floor were dirty. Worst of all, there was still feces in the toilet. We went back to the reception to explain the problem, and a half-drunk man came down to the room and said it looked fine, then told us not to mention this to anyone and offered us a drink. We ended up changing hotels the next day. Absolutely not recommended."

It has all the amenities you may need, the rooms are quite spacious and very quiet, but close to the town center. Breakfast is prepared on order when you request it. "Stayed over night here as we were catching a Ferry at 8.00am and Hotel is adjacent to the Mytilene Port. What a great choice! Old style hotel, with an art deco feel. We stayed on level 3 in a room with a balcony overlooking the harbour. Large room with a desk & 2 chairs, very comfortable queen bed, air con, bathroom and a small fridge, with breakfast included in tariff. Very clean & comfortable room. Reception / check in was friendly & welcoming. Breakfast was basic, but fresh & plenty of options. 5 minute walk to the ferry terminal with our bags. Plenty of dining options nearby, or a leisurely 15 minute stroll around the harbour front to several traditional taverna’s across the water from us. Well past its glory days, but we enjoyed staying in an older hotel that is being well presented with timber furnishings and freshly painted walls. Highly recommend ….thank you, we enjoyed our overnight stay here"

Your lovely hotel is ideally located for visiting many places of interest, has recently been restored with quality furnishings to a very high standard and impeccably clean everywhere owing to the daily room servicing. I love the garden and the beautiful sea views from my balcony. Your mother in law is happy and charming and your cleaner was efficient and friendly. The power shower is "to die for"! I am an elderly, extensive worldwide travelling explorer and one very important thing that I have learned over the last 65 years is that the best accommodation to choose is one which is both owned and run by the family. My long holiday here with you has been "one of the best" and you are deserving of this review..
