"The clerk at the front desk when we checked in had NO personality. I think when you check in they should be happy to see you and welcome you, but I guess wer interrupted his game time on his phone. As for the breakfast - what a joke! Bagels, oatmeal packets and muffins. Thank goodness there was a huddle house next door. BUT the coffee was great and it was actually hot!"

"LOUD. You will be woken up by their ridiculously loud fridge. You’ll then hear every traveler walk past your door starting from 5:30am because the walls are made of paper. When you check in/out they keep you outside like the plague. If a hotel treats their customers like this they don’t deserve any business."

"We arrived late in the evening at 10:30 after a long drive only to be greeted by a most unpleasant receptionist who told us the hotel was full so we couldn't change rooms. This was totally false as confirmed to us by the chambermaid. There was human hairs in the bath/shower. Such a shame that a great name like Hilton has fallen so far."
