"Wonderful place to stay. Easily accessible and staffs were wonderful . A few challenges with drinking water given I was just in the city for the first time but otherwise a great place . My daughter liked walking the buildings and they have a wonderful atmosphere for breakfast. Usually busy and booked on weekends . Great Wi-Fi, wonderful staffs again !!!"

"I never seen such pleasant front desk since I came aboard. The first male front desk has the nerve to asked me to return the cart in rude tone, when I got water from the front, guy ask me to get it from fitness room. When I returned at night, different person felt so irritated me asking questions. The following day, female front desk act and reply so rude assuming that I checked out after I requested for extension for an hour. I returned some of the keys and she decided to check us all out knowing that my husband is coming to our room to shower before leaving. Requested me to get water to fitness but car was disconnected already. When asked, she felt so irritated after her assumption, felt like wanted to argue and face look so pissed. I think this hotel is really good but u need to find people that are pleasant in looks, pleasant when they speak and pleasant overall. We are supposed to stay all but I just decided to get my 2 daughters to stay instead of 5. Im really pissed every single time I go to the front desk."
