"The pool and hot tub were nice. The water was hot right when you turned on the shower. Liked PinkBox Donuts in casino. Did not like several ants on the window sill and heater/air conditioner unit. Bathroom sink was not cleaned and shower door had old crud on it. Room was not vacuumed."

"I’m currently staying here on a business trip. While the hotel itself isn’t terrible, it is quite dated. I’m now on my seventh day, and my room has yet to be cleaned even once. Additionally, this is the second consecutive morning I’ve woken up to find there’s no hot water for a shower, which is rather frustrating. I did have a positive experience with Melanie—she was helpful and courteous. However, my interaction with another staff member was disappointing. When I inquired about a Walmart order that had been marked as delivered to the front desk, he simply asked, “Which room are you in?” and then said, “Well, maybe you should check there.” All things considered, this hasn’t been the most pleasant hotel experience."
