Very clean and friendly staff. Location so nice. We use public transport it was so nice.

I booked online and the pictures of the two bed bedrooms look so good but when I arrived they gave my room away? I don’t know why but they changed it single king bed the problem it looks a hotel for stoners it didn’t smell good it was dust everywhere. Honestly no what I saw in the picture horrible it was my bday present and totally ruined bc all was already taken so we have to stay in there.

When I arrived to check in, I was assisted by an employee named Shea. Unfortunately, my experience with Shea was extremely unpleasant and made me feel both unwelcome and disrespected. Despite clearly providing my reservation details through my booking app, Shea repeatedly acted as if they could not understand me. Additionally, they displayed dismissive facial expressions and behaviors that made me question whether their attitude was racially motivated. What made this even more concerning was that I observed Shea treating the guests behind me with much more politeness and professionalism. Moreover, my companion, who was checking in with me, was also subjected to similar treatment. Shea continuously claimed they could not hear or understand them, which felt unnecessary and demeaning. This entire encounter left a very negative impression and made me feel unfairly treated. In contrast, when I later assisted a friend with their check-in, another employee named Koe handled the process. Koe was exceptionally kind, professional, and accommodating. Their positive attitude and willingness to help truly stood out and demonstrated the level of hospitality I expected from your establishment.

Front office ask me to ring internet service provider to get my wifi. They ask me to do their job.

EVERY single staff member encountered at this hotel had PHENOMENAL attitudes. Amazing testament to the management. The older casino (Stratospher) is in a bit seedy part of town (unfort) but I thoroughly enjoyed the iconic property, none0-the-less. The rebrand to The Strat AND the more reasonable Vegas prices are a welcome change.

Service was excellent, we were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary and our room was exceptional. Everyone was very courteous and helpful.

Hotel was good but did not meet the expectation according to it's status, room size was normal, lighting was very low, bathroom doesn't seems to be kind of 5 star hotel and location kind of isolated from the main strip.

Clean rooms , good location. At the end strip. I read about water cut in comments but I didnt heed. Happened in both days. So you should consider this.

Location is very accessible and very convenient. Staff were also very helpful and approachable. The show offered in the hotel, Rouge is also amazing.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Check-in was fast, and I appreciated the free Wi-Fi and amenities provided. The location is convenient — close to restaurants, transportation, and tourist spots.

I love the location, the room is quite nice. The check-in service is friendly. However, we stayed for 3 nights and our room was not cleaned at all. They did gave us extra soaps and shampoo though when the housekeepers were cleaning the other rooms. We asked whether they will clean our room, the housekeeper replied that our room was not on her list. The casino area is quite nice, but I think may need extra food places, there are few restaurants/food places, but they're selling pretty much the same thing (Cafe, Starbucks, Western food), the only different is Chi Asian (but only opens at night) and McDonalds. Would be great if there is another Asian cuisine or In N Out, or Mexican.
