"The pool was closed for our entire stay. The main restaurant was closed for our entire stay. There was no compensation whatsoever for the Steak House being closed. We decided to have breakfast at the only restaurant available in the hotel and I had hair in my food .. So, needless to say there was no room service not even for beverages .However, they still had the audacity to charge a resort fee. Absolutely horrible experience!!!"

"Ridiculously loud hotel. None of us got good rest. Absolutely no soundproofing and the floors are insultingly flimsy. You can hear every step made by the person in the room above. Constant noise from the hallway from both guests and housekeeping. In fact, housekeeping was asking us to leave the room one hour before checkout. I am a Diamond member but had to remind the lady at the front desk that I was supposed to get a complimentary water and snack. What is especially hilarious is that I received text message at 10:25 at night that I was eligible to receive a complimentary water and snack. LOL. On a final note, there was a small figurine on top of the refrigerator (which I am assuming was from a previous guest?) I used points to pay for the room and still feel ripped off despite not spending any money."
