The hotel environment is good, the sanitation is very clean, and I feel safe living there. The hotel has a restaurant and a laundry room, which is very convenient. There are also many types of breakfast with many choices. There are a lot of food downstairs, including a snack street. It is also very close to the center of Lanzhou and can be reached in just a few minutes. The hotel staff are also very enthusiastic and have a good service attitude😊

Hotel stay is great experience Once in the lobby, it is spacious and bright, and the check-in is fast and smooth. The room was clean and comfortable, the mattress was elastic, the quilt was soft and skin-friendly, and it was super relieved to sleep. The bathroom was cleaned with shiny tiles, the shower could adjust the temperature at will, and it was super relaxing after washing. Hotel location, a few steps from the subway station, travel is very convenient. The surrounding shopping malls and snack streets have everything, and it is too happy to go out to eat and eat at night. Check out is also simply, no need to wait. The room was very clean, the front desk service was very good, and breakfast was included. It was late to eat. There were also places to eat around. The air conditioning in the room was also very good. A small gift was given before leaving. The hotel under the Huazhu Club was very safe.

I was transiting through Lanzhou and took the opportunity to visit the Gansu Bamboo Slips Museum, which I'd heard good things about. I chose the Hanting hotel near the West Railway Station because it's very close, about a ten-minute drive. I always pick Huazhu Group hotels when I travel because their standardization is excellent. The front desk staff were lovely and helpful, and they even have a laundry room. There's a QR code on the washing machine that sends you a notification when your wash is almost done – super thoughtful!

This is a very nice hotel right on a pedestrian street lined with food stalls and restaurants. At night mobile food carts get rolled in and positioned along the center of the street adding yet more food choices! In addition to this, just a short walk away is a huge pedestrian shopping street along with an underground shopping complex accessed through street level escallators. Although the hotel is on a pedestrian street it is really just about 3/4 block from a street with vehicle access. This hotel is a bit difficult to find though, because individual street address numbers are difficult to find. The best thing is to look for a huge Hanting Hotel logo on the right side of the pedestrian street as you head up from the traffic street along the river. The sign is blue with a white horse! The entrance to the hotel itself looks more as if you are entering a coffee shop because of the street entrance signage. But power past all the tables for people having coffee, and you can find the hotel front desk at the back. As mentioned before, the hotel is quite close to the Yellow River and just a short walk to the ”Iron Bridge” (AKA Zhongshan Bridge) and all that neighborhood offers! One drawback to the hotel is that to get into the entrance there are some narrow steps. Level entrances are always best! Yet, I would definitely stay in this hotel again! (And when you are in Lanzhou, be sure to try Lanzhou Beef Noodles!)

All the itineraries of this special forces trip were quite rushed, so we specially chose a hotel close to the train station. We took the overnight green train from Zhangye to Lanzhou and arrived in Lanzhou before 7 o'clock in the morning. We originally planned to store our luggage in the hotel and go out for a walk, but we didn't expect the hotel staff to help upgrade the room type and check in early. The hotel laundry room is very convenient on the first floor. There are two washing machines and two dryers. You need to wait for the laundry during the peak hours, but if you put the clothes in the laundry room and wait, the service staff can help with the laundry and collection of clothes. After checking out the next morning, I stored my luggage in the hotel for a day, so I could relax and play outside. This hotel experience was very good, 👍🏻

The location is very good and convenient for travel. The room is clean and comfortable. I only choose Hanting every time I go on a business trip.

When I passed through Lanzhou on my way back from the trip, the housing prices were generally relatively good. The price/performance ratio of this restaurant is decent. I mainly wanted to watch a movie and found one close to Wanda. It can be reached in five minutes on foot. The only drawback is that the parking lot is not very easy to park. The location is limited and you have to pay for it at your own expense. There is a beef noodle shop next to it. Not bad, a nice breakfast

Service: The attitude of the sister at the front desk was very good and gentle. When I checked in, she brought me a cup of chrysanthemum tea while I was waiting. The store manager was also very patient in teaching the new sister how to operate.
