I absolutely have to give this a 5-star review! Front Desk: The service was incredibly thoughtful. Due to an external issue, the hotel was scheduled for a midnight power outage. The front desk started informing us a day before our check-in, confirming if we had any plans late at night and if we still wanted to stay. My mother loves visiting local markets everywhere we go, and the front desk staff patiently and professionally directed us to a nearby market where we bought seasonal crisp and sweet Gala apples and fresh walnuts. My mother was very pleased. Room: It was spacious, clean, and the bedding was super comfortable – all standard excellent quality for Atour. The key highlight, though, was the stunning view of the Yellow River. It's a shame it was raining; otherwise, the Yellow River sunset would have been even more beautiful. Breakfast: Everything you'd expect was there, plus some pleasant surprises, like beef noodles and fresh tofu pudding. Our whole family left with big smiles. I tried to have my family wait in the hotel's lounge area but was told it wasn't allowed, causing us to go back and forth. There was no thoughtful guidance throughout, which was very frustrating and made for a terrible experience. Fortunately, a different front desk staff member took over. They were enthusiastic, professional, and patient, communicating smoothly and efficiently completing our check-in with a thoughtful touch, which helped restore some of my positive feelings. In summary: The hotel's hardware, dining, amenities, and environment are all impeccable and highly recommended. The only downside is that some front desk staff have a weak service意识 (service awareness), are unskilled, and lack communication, leading to inconsistent service levels. I hope the hotel can strengthen professional training and service management for its front desk staff to standardize service and prevent such poor reception issues from recurring.

The front desk and room service are warm and thoughtful, and they actively provide travel guides. During the festival, they also gave small gifts. The location is absolutely prime, nestled within the busiest commercial district, yet you can instantly escape the hustle and bustle by heading up to your room on a higher floor, enjoying a peaceful haven amidst the activity. The quality of Atour's bedding is top-notch, and all the bath towels are individually sealed, truly ensuring a fresh set for every guest, making for excellent hygiene. It's a great choice for your stay in Lanzhou.

The ingredients are clean and hygienic. The dining area is spacious and tidy, with complete self-service facilities that are promptly refilled.
