The hotel has convenient parking, the underground parking lot is spacious and free, and self-driving tours are completely stress-free. The daily breakfast is very sincere, not only with authentic beef noodles and freshly ground coffee, but also with rich Chinese and Western choices, and the ingredients are fresh and delicious. The room design is simple and warm, the bedding is comfortable and helps sleep, and the sound insulation effect is excellent. It is still quiet and comfortable to stay for many days. The front desk and room service are warm and thoughtful, and they actively provide travel guides. During the festival, they also gave small gifts. The geographical location is superior, and the surrounding dining and shopping are convenient. It is also convenient to go to scenic spots such as the Yellow River Scenic Line. The recommended restaurant has an elegant ambiance, a wide variety of dishes, and is definitely worth enjoying!

A very comfortable hotel with fantastic staff! we had a problem with our original booking via a famous booking site, because could not pay at the hotel with our credit cards. So, we were able to pay online on Trip.The staff was very patient and kind. Everyone employed at this hotel is amazing, but the guys at the reception are phenomenal! The management should take note and award them, in order to keep them at their hotel. They are the best asset this hotel has.

The hotel environment is good, and parking is convenient with an underground garage. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around. The bedding is comfortable; I even have the same Atour pillow at home, which makes for a very pleasant sleep. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and even gave me a free 'San Pao Tai' tea set. Nearby is Ma Lao Liu Halal Restaurant, which I highly recommend for its delicious food!

They offer a free gym and dry-cleaning service, making the facilities comprehensive and practical. I was very satisfied with the service, cleanliness, and amenities. It's excellent value for money; to get this kind of setup and experience for just over 400 yuan is incredibly cost-effective. However, the check-in experience with some front desk staff significantly impacted my overall impression. The first female employee who assisted me during check-in was extremely unprofessional, lacked communication skills, and had a perfunctory attitude. I had to wait over ten minutes for check-in without being proactively informed or having any reasonable arrangements made. When I asked about the waiting time, her response was curt. I tried to have my family wait in the hotel's lounge area but was told it wasn't allowed, causing us to go back and forth. There was no thoughtful guidance throughout, which was very frustrating and made for a terrible experience. Fortunately, a different front desk staff member took over. They were enthusiastic, professional, and patient, communicating smoothly and efficiently completing our check-in with a thoughtful touch, which helped restore some of my positive feelings. In summary: The hotel's hardware, dining, amenities, and environment are all impeccable and highly recommended. The only downside is that some front desk staff have a weak service意识 (service awareness), are unskilled, and lack communication, leading to inconsistent service levels. I hope the hotel can strengthen professional training and service management for its front desk staff to standardize service and prevent such poor reception issues from recurring.
