The daily breakfast is very sincere, not only with authentic beef noodles and freshly ground coffee, but also with rich Chinese and Western choices, and the ingredients are fresh and delicious. The room design is simple and warm, the bedding is comfortable and helps sleep, and the sound insulation effect is excellent. It is still quiet and comfortable to stay for many days. The front desk and room service are warm and thoughtful, and they actively provide travel guides. During the festival, they also gave small gifts. The geographical location is superior, and the surrounding dining and shopping are convenient. It is also convenient to go to scenic spots such as the Yellow River Scenic Line. As for the service: the front desk and guest rooms are very good, they greet everyone they see, and every time I go to the front desk to ask something, the girl at the front desk will respond enthusiastically; as for the room hygiene: it feels very clean as soon as you enter the door, and things are arranged in a very regular manner; as for breakfast: breakfast is not included when checking in, but the front desk knew that it was the first time in Lanzhou, so they still gave me a buffet. The breakfast is quite rich, with various styles. There are many types of breakfast, and there are also Lanzhou specialties, which is very good.

There is a bus stop (China Railway Science and Technology Building Station) at the door, leading to Lanzhou Railway Station (East Station). The service attitude at the front desk is very good, they answer all questions, they are very patient and considerate.

The main destination of this trip was the Provincial Museum, which was within walking distance of this hotel 👍👍👍. This was my second time staying at Atour Hotel. It was clean and hygienic, and the staff were very attentive and spoke very gently 👍👍👍. The toilet was a standard one, not a smart one. The shower head was adjustable, but not the overhead type; those who mind this should consider their choice. There were four bottles of drinking water and two small snacks provided. The TV screen mirroring was decent, although sometimes the connection would drop and I'd have to scan the code again. The room window faced downstairs, and although there was a sign saying it was under construction, it didn't seem like any workers were going in or out, haha. I could hear the doors of neighboring rooms opening and closing at night, but it seemed like it was the off-season and there weren't many guests, so it was okay ✌. The area around the hotel used to be a bustling commercial street, but now there are only a few scattered shops. Fangha Milk Tea is on the pedestrian street behind the hotel. The hotel offers delivery services, with robots delivering food. They even gave us local specialties when we left, thank you! 👍👍👍

I used the gym! I even used the laundry facilities! I was overjoyed to receive a room upgrade upon check-in, and then worked out in the gym for half an hour. Although it's small, it has treadmills, elliptical trainers, yoga mats, and disinfectant wipes!!! The small gym is very nice. The decor is typical of Atour, I didn't take any pictures. Also, the service was excellent, much better than the Atour hotels I stayed at in Beijing 😆 Furthermore!! Superb service! I forgot my power bank at the front desk, and asked the store to send it home for me. It wasn't shipped out in 5 minutes, and they even paid for the shipping!!! The service attitude and speed are amazing 🙀!!

However, the check-in experience with some front desk staff significantly impacted my overall impression. The first female employee who assisted me during check-in was extremely unprofessional, lacked communication skills, and had a perfunctory attitude. I had to wait over ten minutes for check-in without being proactively informed or having any reasonable arrangements made. When I asked about the waiting time, her response was curt. I tried to have my family wait in the hotel's lounge area but was told it wasn't allowed, causing us to go back and forth. There was no thoughtful guidance throughout, which was very frustrating and made for a terrible experience. Fortunately, a different front desk staff member took over. They were enthusiastic, professional, and patient, communicating smoothly and efficiently completing our check-in with a thoughtful touch, which helped restore some of my positive feelings. In summary: The hotel's hardware, dining, amenities, and environment are all impeccable and highly recommended. The only downside is that some front desk staff have a weak service意识 (service awareness), are unskilled, and lack communication, leading to inconsistent service levels. I hope the hotel can strengthen professional training and service management for its front desk staff to standardize service and prevent such poor reception issues from recurring.
