GreenTree Inn Properties in Lanzhou

I had a great experience staying at this hotel! The location is very convenient, both to tourist attractions and business districts. The room is decorated in a modern and elegant style, and the bed was very comfortable, allowing me to enjoy a good sleep every night. The service provided by the hotel is impressive, the staff is warm and thoughtful, and any problems encountered were quickly resolved. In addition, the hotel is very cost-effective. Considering its affordable price and high standard of service provided, I will definitely recommend it to friends and look forward to staying again.

The first stop of this trip through Lanzhou booked this hotel. After I arrived, I saw that the appearance of the hotel was very general. After entering the room, I felt pretty good. There was an elevator. The room was clean and tidy. The bedding was very comfortable. The bathroom and shower room were relatively wide. Hot water was better and very quiet.  The service is also good. Overall feeling  satisfied.

The hotel boasts a great location, within walking distance of Lanzhou West Railway Station and the West Station Intersection commercial area. There's also a fantastic beef noodle shop nearby called Ma Youbu, which I highly recommend for breakfast. The hotel itself is new and bright; I didn't take any photos upon entering because I was in a rush to rest, but it looks just like the pictures in other reviews. While the smart home system is a nice feature, it's not really necessary. I have to complain about the smart toilet; it always seems to work on its own, giving me quite a jolt. If it's not possible to adjust it, I suggest putting up a friendly reminder so guests can familiarize themselves with the toilet's ”personality”—the lid suddenly closing in the middle of the night is truly frightening! 😂

When we visited in Feb 2025 they seemed to be doing renovations to the whole of the hotel aside from the reception floor and a few floors where rooms were offered. The hotel is close to local restaurants. Quite far from the main attraction which is the Yellow River Tower, but per my memory it was about 30 minutes away. It makes up for this by being a five minute walk from the main railway station.

The service is okay, the service staff is very enthusiastic. However, the dining environment of the hotel is poor. There is no restaurant, and guests crowd into the lounge hall on the first floor to eat. The location is good, close to Lanzhou West Railway Station, less than 2 kilometers away by taxi. It is also very convenient to go to museums and old streets. Overall stay is okay, the hotel is safe and suitable for business and families.

The hotel is newly opened, the facilities are quite new and smart, Xiaodu can control all the lights, but the room is not soundproof at all, other rooms speak and bath water are very loud, and the smell of smoke in the room and corridor is a bit big, and there is no floor towel in the room. The projector screen is also crooked and not well adjusted, and the projection screen still needs to open a member? ? This is a movie room? ?

It was also because of the traffic jam on the road, so it was almost 9 o'clock to the hotel. The young ladies at the front desk were very enthusiastic and quickly helped us check in. Because I didn't plan it in advance, I originally planned to stay for one day. I came to apply for renewal this morning. I communicated with the young lady at the front desk very happily. I also quickly helped us to apply for renewal. I also enthusiastically introduced us to the tour route of the Yellow River style line and its transportation route. I also introduced us to delicious shops. The service of the three young ladies is so thoughtful, their smiles are too sweet, and the room looks very comfortable.

GreenTree Inn really surprised me! Convenient location and worry-free travel. The room was spacious and bright, the bed was comfortable and the night was good. The service is more intimate and thoughtful, the staff is warm and courteous, responsive. The breakfast is rich and varied, nutritious and delicious, and opens a day of vitality. Cost-effective, is a great choice for business travel.

GREENTREE INN EXPRESS Hotel(China/Gansu/Lanzhou/Qilihe District/Dunhuang Road Street Haobuskarui Park Building No. 157, 1st floor, Shop is right next to GREENTREE INN Hoel, so it is easy to get confused and find it. However, GREENTREE INN EXPRESS Hotel is a modern hotel that opened in 2024. The facilities are clean, the amenities are well-equipped, and the staff is friendly, but the location is a little inconvenient because it is in a secluded place.

Lanzhou stays at GreenTree Inn Smart Hotel Huanghelou. Convenient transportation, not far from various attractions in the city; free parking, and no character. The room was large and clean. Especially worth mentioning and praising is the beautiful little girl who took the morning shift the next day. When we know that our sister's three stays are not happy, we communicate in time and solve it well. Description: Quick response to events, strong problem solving and communication skills, at the same time, provide us with good suggestions for attractions, let our trip be more fulfilling.
