The hotel is very cozy, all green, there is a lake inside, you can constantly hear the sounds of nature, birds singing. We took a room on the second floor, the stairs are quite steep, if this does not bother you, then book it. The pool is clean and almost always empty, the water temperature is comfortable. The bed was clean, but the towels could be cleaner. Yes, they were washed, but already with old stains. The bed was clean. It is located quite far from all the activities, we walked there, more often called a taxi back, but there are many good restaurants nearby where they feed deliciously. The water in the room was uninterrupted, hot / cold. Wi-Fi also worked well.

This hotel deserves 5 stars only for its location. Everything you need is nearby, within walking distance, shops, restaurants, the beach is 10 minutes away, the area is quiet and cozy. That's all. The room by the pool at first glance seems okay, but things like the air conditioner blowing directly onto the bed (the curtain couldn't be adjusted), the lack of a normal closet, shelves for things created a lot of inconvenience. But the biggest minus was the constant interruptions, or even the complete absence of both hot and cold water!!! It was just trash! We went to the reception endlessly, complained, an employee came, looked, said he didn't know why there was no water. Then he decided to replace our shower, which was in terrible condition. Then after replacing the shower, there was no more water. But when it started flowing half a day later, it was brown with a foul odor. I don't know what they connected for us there... The stench was terrible. The bathroom was constantly leaking sewage, in short, we spent 5 days in this stench and without water. We ran away from there as fast as we could. Maybe the good reviews here were written by people who stayed in other room categories.
