"The hotel was okay - big room with an outdoor shower as well as indoor shower. The room could have been cleaner as there was a cigarette from the occupants before and the room smelt of smoke despite being a non-smoking room. The pool was out of use for the month and so would recommend checking the hotel website in future and not just trip.com. The location was nice as it was away from the main tourist locations but still accessible via grabs and close to the port for island hopping etc. Photo shows hotel area."

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lot 33 and I must say that it was a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to public transportation.I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. I will definitely be returning for my next trip!"

"This resort is big and beautiful, immersed in nature and their service is excellent. ( please forgive me if I have butchered the names or spelled them wrong) Faraaz was welcoming and informative upon check in, I came in early to check in and he made sure to find me so that I can check in my room a little before 3 pm. The surroundings are lovely, the resort hugs the mountains and is surrounded by lush green. There’s many activities that you can do within the resort, as well as the skybridge and oriental village a stone throw away ( you can get a one way shuttle courtesy of resort. The room itself was old but the housekeeping staff does an excellent job because it was clean, there’s no sewer smells and the bed is cosy. The only issue I have is that of the gaps which lets geckos in, a huge one made it’s home in the bathroom, thumbs up to front desk service which is open and the security came late at night to help find it but it had hidden. The next day I saw one come through the gap in the door, ( there is a brush at the bottom but doesn’t fit until the end) I clapped my hands wildly to chase it back out. Perhaps provide a door draft stopper, I just used the towels to fill in gaps as a makeshift one. However I know it is a resort surrounded by nature and these creatures will find a way. Breakfast was excellent, I have to says the breakfast staff is the hardest working team I have ever seen in all my travels. Not only do they have to greet and seat, but they also accommodate late breakfast comers who come after the allotted breakfast time and wait until they finish a lazy breakfast. The food here is delicious. It was a lovely stay. Ps. Don’t forget to make a reservation in advance for Phan Thai, I recommend at 6:30, it’s not busy yet and you can take pics and enjoy the beautiful sky dimming into glorious colors. It starts to get really busy at around 7:40 ( it’s still bright out) ."

"The villa on the hillside is more like a bed and breakfast. The villa is mediocre in all aspects. In addition to hygiene, the bedding was dirty when staying for the first night. I wore clothes and slept for one night. There were some guests left in the drawer. Warm pants ... Breakfast is so-so, there are not many choices, it is not too close to Zhennanhai, and not far away, the hotel can deliver it for free. Fortunately, the hotel staff is very welcoming and the requests will try to meet, if you are in the restaurant , The manager will take the initiative to find you a chat and drink, the restaurant next to the terrace location is beautiful at night"

"It’s okay. Lack of food choices due to low occupancy and food that are available are not as good as priced even for basic local food. Some staff members don’t really look like they want to be there but others do make up for it. Service is slow even though occupancy is low too."
