Location is right infront of the beach, depending on which room you get, you may get balcony and view the beach from your room. The room I have is viewing the road.
There is also car rental, restaurants, 7-11 and tour booking right downstairs which make it very convenient.
Initially when we check in, the toilet is choked and not usable, the staff is able to change our room quickly. Would be good if they did a check first next time, so can minimise changing of room.
Is sad thing that the swimming pool is down for maintenance during our trip.
Just to note, there is no hair dryer, so need to borrow from counter for 2hrs max.

Very near to the sea. The room is big and there is daily breakfast provided . Location is superb as there is food shops near by.

Excellent location. Unfortunately, the first room we were assigned was in poor condition, which was disappointing. After raising our concern, the staff quickly arranged a room change, and the new room was clean, comfortable, and much better. We appreciated their prompt response and were satisfied with our stay.

There was blood stains on the pillow — it’s absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.
The hotel staff even asked if it was chocolate.
They even charged RM5 just for an extra pillow.

I stayed here recently and was quite disappointed. The iron is not provided in the room. Only 2 irons placed outside on my floor, very limited and sometimes missing. I reported this to the staff, but even after 24 hours, nothing was resolved. The air conditioning in the room was also not cold. Luckily it rained most of the time during my stay, otherwise the room would’ve been uncomfortably warm. The management service was poor. When I reported the missing iron, the staff simply told me to find one myself on another floor. Overall, the stay was unsatisfactory but the location is very strategic and near the beach. I hope the hotel can improve their management and provide proper in-room facilities for guests.

First of all the rooms were old ,doors were jammed(both front and bathroom),low maintenance. I have to pull harder for locking the front door and opening the bathroom door. Front staff (except that male staff) every other staff have an attitude problem. It's like we are staying there for free. Location is good. It's near pentai cenang beach. Pool I didn't explore as it's already crowded all the time. Also hotel front line staff won't be helpful clearing your doubts as a tourist ( use Google or chat gpt dude attitude). Overall we (me and my friends) don't like the room and service.I would suggest plan your stay near kuah town area.

There were insects in my room but the receptionist didn't care after talking to me. The reply said that their service is like this. In short, after you pay the money, they don't care about the guest. That's why I attached two pictures.
