The location was a very good decision to book with breakfast, as you can only eat in one cafe in the morning, about 200 meters from the hotel, everything else is closed until 4 pm. Breakfasts are normal, there is plenty to choose from! The cafe workers try, the food was replenished during breakfast! Nowhere on the website is it indicated that the rooms are premier, standard without a balcony! When booking, I wrote a request to place in a quiet room, on the upper floors, away from the elevator! As a result, we lived on the first floor, next to the elevator, downstairs kitchen, from upstairs in the evenings incomprehensible noise! ​​We asked to improve the conditions, offered the second floor, with a balcony and an extra charge, we refused! We lived for two weeks, the bulk of the guests, a week, i.e. the rooms were vacated!

❌Location: Not much of an advantage. Looking at the map, you might think this one is closest to the beach. In fact, it’s because their cabin is on the beach, and no one knows how to reserve this cabin. This hotel is in the same location as all the previous ones. And this is not the most lively area in Chenang Beach. The most lively area is the Chenang Shopping Center area. ✅Price: We are traveling as a family, so the price of a quadruple room is very advantageous. There are cheaper and better-located double rooms and king-size rooms nearby. ❌The wifi signal in the entire hotel is extremely poor! The connection keeps disconnecting, and the cell phone signal is also very poor. It's really frustrating! ❌Hygiene: The worst hotel hygiene I have ever seen in my life. The bed sheets and quilt covers are all stained, it's quite disgusting! The towels were yellow and dirty, I didn't dare to use them at all. The toiletries were only shower gel and shampoo, and I had to bring everything else myself. Please see the pictures I posted for details. 🏡Room type: No one can book the cabin, and it is said that the conditions inside are very poor. The hotel consists of two buildings, a short old building and a new tall building. The most expensive twin room has the best view in the hotel, which is located in the new building facing the beach. The most expensive quadruple room we booked was in Room 3012 in the new building, the very last room, facing the main road diagonally, with a very poor view. The only good thing is that the room is spacious, 42 square meters. But be careful, there is no hot water for showering in the new building, and taking a cold shower is very uncomfortable! The waitress here is older and more enthusiastic, but the hygiene is so-so. When I first came in, the bed sheets were very dirty, so I changed them once, but they didn't change them for the four nights I stayed. The worst was the family room for four on the first floor of the old building. I almost went bankrupt after staying there for one night. It was so smelly! There are no windows, the glass cannot be opened, everything including the refrigerator is broken, the sheets seem to have not been washed at all, and the waiters here are also very irresponsible. There are bugs, cockroaches and everything. There is a balcony on the second floor of the old building, but the conditions here are not as good as those of the new building. But there is hot water for bathing here. ✅The attitude of the front desk clerk was pretty good. We had to change rooms on the last day. We asked in advance if there were any vacancies and put our luggage there early. We checked in at around 11 o'clock without having to wait.
