Mise à part les chambres , l’hotel , la piscine , la plage sont à l’abandon .la piscine est sale sans aucun charme , jai meme vu un malaisien passait en scooter au bord de la piscine car la piscine on dirait un parking. A fuir !

Good location, close to the airport - 3 minutes by car and 18 on foot (if you don't have suitcases). And you can't hear the planes at all!
Checked in early. Excellent WiFi throughout the property. Excellent water pressure in the bathroom.
The pool is beautiful, Instagram-worthy.
The food was good, buffet breakfast, there is an omelette station.
During the rest of the day, a la carte, quite edible, generally tasty. Alcohol is available.
The beach is unkempt, the emphasis is on the pool.
The furniture is tired, judging by the key - it used to be a Sheraton.

The stay was good for the price we paid. However the hotel is a bit old, but it was acceptable for us. The place was calm and there was a private beach. The place could be improved for better experience, but we can not complain because of the price we paid. The staff was very helpful during our stay and provided us with clean towels everyday.

The hotel's atmosphere is very nice, like a tropical resort, as it was formerly a Sheraton!! I stayed here the night before going to Koh Lipe, so I chose this hotel because it is close to the airport and Telaga Harbor. The young man at the front desk in the evening was very cheerful and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, but it was undeniably old and worn. Although the room had a bathtub, the plug was loose and I couldn't fill it with hot water, and at breakfast, the only raw vegetables available were sliced cucumbers, which was disappointing. There was an egg station, so I ordered an omelette, which was very delicious. I also liked that we had the large pool all to ourselves. There were not many guests, so it felt a bit deserted. It's a very good hotel, so please make more use of it!!

It's very close to the airport, but it's a country of its own. You can't hear the noise of planes landing. It's a bit far from the city center. The room is very big, with a small terrace. The waiters are very polite.

The resort in itself is a good but old facility which we don’t mind if it was well maintained but the room condition was terrible there were spots and smudges on every sheet and pelow it has a nice and big swimming pool and a big beach which you can’t swim in due to jellyfish
