K. RogozhnikovThe hotel is located on the second row from the beach, about a 7-10 minute walk to the sea. There's a VinMart supermarket nearby, along with many other shops and cafes.
The room is spacious and clean. The air conditioning and plumbing work perfectly.
While there's daily wet cleaning, its quality leaves a bit to be desired.
The breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, including both local and European cuisines.
The staff are polite and helpful, always ready to assist.
There's a large and clean swimming pool on the 4th floor, as well as a fitness center and spa.
We were very satisfied with the hotel and recommend it.

Anonymous UserWe had an unforgettable vacation at Nha Trang Lodge Hotel! The hotel completely met our expectations. The main advantage is definitely the location. The beach is literally just a stone's throw away, and there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby, so there's always somewhere to go for an evening stroll. Our room was spacious, clean, and had an amazing sea view—waking up to the sound of the waves was a true pleasure. Housekeeping was impeccable; towels were changed daily, and water supplies were replenished. Breakfasts were very hearty and varied, with something to suit everyone's taste. The staff deserves special thanks for their responsiveness and hospitality. We would gladly come back here again and will recommend it to our friends!

Петров МаксимThis hotel is old and run down. The entire place is worn out.
The interior is outdated, and the restrooms in the lobby are awful, making it feel like a cheap motel. We stayed in a villa, which was very spacious and clean inside, with a warm pool. However, the decking around the villa's pool was also worn out, needed replacing, and wasn't cleaned or swept. We opted for breakfast and dinner. We spent the whole day at the park, which was very tough due to the high humidity and heat. We stayed for 5 nights. We bought a 3-day VinWonders package at the hotel for 1,600,000 VND per adult. The hotel is boring; there's nothing to do if you're not at the park. The food in the main building was so-so; edible, but not 5-star quality. Lots of meat, but it was all cold. We went to Windy, an Uzbek restaurant, which had a lavish spread and tasted much better. The beach is excellent and very beautiful, but plankton stings quite a bit in the sea.
It's a big name, but that's about it.
I wouldn't return a second time; I didn't like it.

Виктор КальченкоConsidering the incredibly budget-friendly price of any room in this hotel, all its drawbacks are simply trivial! ))) If you're looking for a hotel just to drop your backpack, take a shower, sleep overnight, and grab breakfast in the morning before heading off to new adventures, this is a perfectly decent choice. Regarding the breakfast offered by the hotel, I applaud them enthusiastically: I didn't expect such an impeccable and meticulous approach to feeding their guests from an establishment of this level! Bravo!
Undoubtedly, there are downsides to windowless rooms, but I don't suffer from claustrophobia; it's much more uncomfortable in ship cabins below the waterline. )))) Of course, having moved today from the 'Libra' to a nicer hotel, I'm like a child, delighted by the four-meter high ceilings, a huge balcony, and the presence of windows! )))
But, I repeat: 'Libra' charms with its 'price-quality' ratio, and despite a bunch of questions that arose during my couple of weeks staying at this hotel, I absolutely recommend it! And I don't rule out that I might even return there myself.)))

Elina88We stayed at this hotel from June 15th to 21st. We booked a room with a pool view, and according to the photos, it should have had a panoramic window. However, we were given a room on the 3rd floor with a view of a very close, abandoned building. We had to keep the curtains drawn all the time. The hotel staff did not respond to our complaints about the discrepancy, stating there were no other rooms available. The room itself was very small, barely enough space for two, but it was clean. They cleaned daily and replenished water, coffee, and toiletries every day. We didn't see any insects during our week-long stay. The towels and bedding were neat and clean. We picked up fresh beach towels every day at the reception. The fridge cooled well, and the air conditioning worked without issues. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center, with many cafes and shops nearby, and the sea is just a 7-minute walk away. There's also a pool on the top floor with a beautiful sea view. Overall, it was okay, as we didn't spend much time in the room.

Guest UserJust stayed for four nights and had an enjoyable stay. Whilst the hotel is a very busy spot I had no issues with noise in the room and slept well on a very comfortable bed, room size good with plenty of hot water. The breakfast area is busy with reasonable choices and I found enough to last me until the afternoon. Pool area nice and a basic gym, overall a good choice for the price. The Four Seasons shop next door is very handy with good quality products.

Anonymous UserYou shouldn't expect anything special for that kind of money. The room is 'tired', with mold, needs repairs. The breakfast doesn't taste good. Booked for 3 nights, left after the first one. While looking for more comfortable accommodation, the overall window will be here, but it's better to pay a little extra and choose a better hotel.

Before making the reservation, I visited the hotel and was shown a room on a higher floor — it looked nice and was a bit larger. Then I went back to the reception, where they told me I could take a room with a city view. I made the booking, but when I received the room, it wasn’t the same one I had seen before. When I asked at the reception, they said the one I saw earlier was more expensive. It doesn’t matter much now, but if you plan to book here, I recommend asking clearly in advance and making sure you get the room you actually reserved.Check-in was done one hour earlier, which I appreciate. The view from the room was good, and the room itself was fairly spacious. The cleaning was done but somewhat superficial at first; however, after I talked to the reception in the following days, they came and cleaned it properly.

I was very disappointed at this place, It's a mass place for so many clients. The reception is always full a long waiting time, The lifts are slow, and when they arrive they are full of clients. The WiFi was not working for a laptop and no help. The top panorama pool that makes most client choose this place is not free. You have to pay 300'000 VND to use it.
The pool that is free is on the 6th floor completely in the shade!

I was satisfied with the hotel's cleanliness and accessibility to the city center.
The only downside was that, while the staff were all friendly, one of the information desk staff was a bit grumpy.
I remember Muong Thanh Luxury Khanh Hoa, located a bit further up Nha Trang City, being a bit better.
