"Overall, the stay was fine — clean room, good location, no major issues. However, there was one strange situation. We asked for a couple of glasses for the room, but were told they were ”breakable” and couldn't be provided. Fair enough, we then asked for paper cups instead, but those were refused as well. It's a bit odd, considering the room has a fully equipped kitchenette, yet you have to go and practically beg for basic items like glasses. I wasn't asking for pots and pans, just a couple of glasses. Other than that, everything was okay."

"The view and service were the absolute best. I was very satisfied with unexpected services like a room upgrade and late check-out. While breakfast had a few minor disappointments, like the japchae and bakery items, it was generally good. In particular, the variety and taste of the fruits were excellent, and the à la carte options were also a nice touch. The views from the room, pool, and gym were so satisfying that I didn't want to leave the hotel."

"Good location, and the breakfast was decent; the chefs cooked well and genuinely put in effort. There's a pool and a gym on the 6th floor, but no one really mentions them. The rooftop pool, however, costs 220,000 VND to use. The rooms are a bit tired but offer a great view. It can be noisy due to the road and ongoing construction, but you eventually get used to it, although it's noticeable at first. Housekeeping is so-so, but all the essentials are provided. They don't provide beach towels, which is a bit inconvenient as you have to figure out an alternative. The elevators work fine, though you might have to wait a little occasionally. Full cleaning, including linen change, happens once a week, and they pretty much just walk into your room to do it, even if you're sleeping. On other days, the cleaning is superficial, just light dusting and towel changes. Overall, it's about a 3 out of 5. Not terrible, but definitely could be better."

"Fantastic location close to beach and shops and restaurants. The room we had was very nice and very spacious eith ocean view (highly recommend ocean view). Breakfast was a little disappointing....not much choice of desserts and pastries , coffee is not so good. Breakfast meals are not all ways replenished and if you come fir Breakfast st say 8am you may miss out on food already gone which is not replaced. E.g. no milk, only a scraps of fruit, no coffee cups left or condensed milk etc."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center on the beachfront. The room was clean. Comfortable mattress and pillows. Everything was good, and the view is amazing if you get a sea view room. Downsides: Upon check-in, the reception demanded a $100 deposit from us. We didn't have it, and they said 2 million VND if paid in dong. There was no prior information about the deposit, so in the end, they took our passport instead of money. Furthermore, we were on the 11th floor, and the room next door was undergoing renovations for our entire three-day stay, so there was constant drilling and other noises, which was temporarily tolerable. However, during our stay in August 2026, construction started next door, with work ongoing all day, starting with hammering at 7 AM. Keep this in mind when choosing if noise bothers you."

"Good location walking distance to city center and nice and helpful English speaking staff. Rooms are in good state, breakfast descent and simple. For couples I would recommend a different area. At night the area is quite rowdy."

"Being right on the beach made morning walks easy. The room was spacious, and the kitchen and laundry facilities were practical. Staff were quick to bring anything we needed. The Yang Bay tour booked through the hotel was clearly explained regarding departure times and included costs, which made it very comfortable for the family. Nearby restaurants and attractions were also a short taxi ride away, reducing travel hassle. Overall, it was a quiet and satisfying stay. Although the elevators were a bit crowded during morning hours, the wait didn't cause any major inconvenience to our schedule. I'd love to visit again."

"Starcity Bayfront Nha Trang (July 2026) TH-EN มาพักตามรีวิวในตต ห้องคอนดิชั่นถือว่าดีใช้ได้ ห้องกว้างสะอาด แอร์เย็น มีของใช้ให้ครบถ้วน เหมือนเค้าจะว่าเป็น 5 stars local แต่พวก facilities คิดว่าอาจจะไม่ได้ดีมาก สระว่ายน้ำไม่ได้เห็นวิวมากมาย แล้วก็ค่อนข้างเล็ก ฟิตเนสธรรมดาดูโอเค อาหารเช้าถือว่าโอเคมีเมนูหลากหลาย มีทั้งอาหารเวียดนาม เบเกอรี่ สลัดบาร์ โยเกิร์ต ซูชิ มีวันนึงได้กินเนื้อจระเข้ทอด😂 สถานที่ที่ตั้ง ใกล้ทะเลมากกก วิวดี แถวนั้นเดินเล่นรอบๆโรงแรมได้ หาซื้อของ มีร้านกาแฟ มีร้านอาหารเยอะมาก ส่วนด้านบริการแอบงงเล็กน้อย วันที่มาเช็คอินคือมีคนยืนที่เค้าเต้อประมาณ 5 คน แต่ทุกคนบอกให้เราต่อคิวแขกข้างหน้า 1 คิว คนนั้นเหมือนจะเป็นพนักงานจริงๆ ที่เหลือเหมือนจะเป็น trainee หรือเปล่าไม่แน่ใจ กับพอขึ้นห้องไปแล้วเหมือนตัวเซฟตี้ล้อคในห้องมันหัก เราก็รีบไปแจ้งข้างล่างว่ามันหักให้ขึ้นไปซ่อม แต่จนแล้วจนรอดก็ไม่มีใครไปซ่อมหรือแจ้งว่าจะซ่อมหลังจากเช็คเอ้าหรืออะไร แต่ตอนเช็คเอ้าจะกลับคือดีมาก พนักงานรุม farewell ยืนรออย่างดี ยิ้มสวย ที่นี่มีบริการ limo to airport ซึ่งราคาไม่แรงมาก เลยเลือกใช้บริการค่ะ โอเคเลย โดยรวมก็คุ้มค่ากับราคาที่จ่ายไปค่า Good place to stay! Love the wide and tidy room! Swimming pool and fitness is standard. Breakfast line is good, variety kind of food Pho, sushi, egg station, fruites, bakery, yogurt bar, salad bar and others! Location is best ! Close to the beach and many restaurants, drink place, spa, souveniors. Service is nice! FOM is superb with her service upon check in and out :)"

"The hotel is luxurious and the rooms are spacious. It has everything you need. The only thing I didn't understand was why there was a bag with a price tag and the words ”take me home if you want” that was dirty inside, with stains and leftover food… The breakfast buffet had a huge selection. The grounds are clean and well-maintained. The pool is clean and the water is warm. There's a kids' area that's not deep at all, and you can play volleyball right in the pool with a net nearby. There are sun loungers around the pool, and towels are provided there. The sea is clean, the entry is shallow, and there are pillows on the shore where you can leave your belongings. Sun loungers are a bit further from the shore, but they are also available, and there's a bar. Inside the hotel building, there's a kids' playroom where you can leave your child. For an additional fee, you can sign them up for a master class. Buggy rides are available to VinWonders. Regarding cleanliness, maybe it's a characteristic of the country… but there's dust everywhere – on the floors, shelves, nightstands, and wardrobes… We liked it and would come back again, but for a slightly longer stay this time ♥️"

"The hotel is pretty good, with a nice location and clean rooms. Oh, and by the way, there's a microwave in the room! That's the biggest plus! I had a room on the 26th floor with a sea view, which was beautiful, but it was very noisy at night and incredibly loud in the hallways. Basically, the soundproofing is poor! As for the downsides: Panorama Hotel is supposedly 4-star, although some places list it as 3-star. The price is decent, but breakfast isn't included in the rate... That's a big minus! The slippers aren't disposable, which isn't entirely hygienic. I wouldn't want to wear flip-flops after someone else. Honestly, for this price, you could find a more convenient hotel downtown with a sea view and breakfast included. At Hotel Panorama, you'd pay $270 just to use the pool, and that's about it!"
