From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive staff, who made me feel at home immediately. The accommodation was spotless, elegant, and very comfortable. The room was beautifully designed with great attention to detail, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere after a long day of sightseeing. Everything was well-maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service and genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to assist with transportation arrangements, local recommendations, and every request I had — always with a smile and sincere kindness. Their helpfulness made my trip in Hue smooth, stress-free, and truly memorable. We booked a 3 days 2 nights stay in a two-bedroom Lagoon View Villa,and it was incredibly spacious and comfortable. A special thank you to Ms. Nhi for her warm hospitality and for surprising me with a beautiful birthday cake. She also generously shared a potent,fresh ginger welcome drink that actually cured my sister’s cough. I highly recommend the spa; I had a Vietnamese massage with cupping that was professional and deeply relaxing. Dinner at Horizon Restaurant was scrumptious, with fresh flavors and a lovely atmosphere overlooking the lagoon. The hotel makes exploring very easy by offering a free shuttle to Hue City. We took advantage of this for a half-day trip which is very convenient.

Thank you for an amazing vacation! We came to celebrate my birthday, and it was probably one of the best and most heartwarming trips we've had in a long time. A huge thank you to the entire hotel team for the incredible hospitality! We were upgraded absolutely free of charge to a gorgeous two-room villa with its own onsen – it was an unbelievable gift. And a special, heartfelt thank you for the delicious celebratory cake from the staff; it was such a pleasant and unexpected surprise! I especially want to highlight how well-thought-out everything is on the property: Breakfasts – simply 10 out of 10. Everything is very fresh, delicious, and the selection is excellent. Atmosphere. The grounds are compact, but so incredibly well-maintained! The koi pond, the pool, the hot springs – it's a pleasure to stroll and relax here. Bicycles. We rented bikes and cycled through the surrounding area along the rice fields all the way to the sea – the views are incredible, I highly recommend everyone try it! There are two good restaurants and a bar on site, so we didn't even feel the need to go into town the entire time. We simply didn't want to leave the hotel! You gave us wonderful memories. We will definitely come back again and will recommend Kobi Onsen to all our friends!

Good value for money. The location is convenient enough that you are not far away from attractions, restaurants and cafes. There are water dispensers on each floor that you can easily fill up your water bottles during the day. Staff are so friendly and kind, they always great you with smiles. The only thing we found a bit unpleasant is they seem to offer swimming trainings to non-hotel guests during the day every day? Whether we were there early in the morning or late at night, there were kids having swimming trainings with a coach.

This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Hue, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The service was good; at check-in, they confirmed the meeting times for activities I had pre-booked. Although it's a bit far from the main tourist attractions, Grab is readily available, so it wasn't an issue. Even taxi drivers seemed to know of this hotel when I tried to flag one down. The room was a bit small, but it had most of what I needed, except for tissues.

This feels like a family-run guesthouse, almost like a converted home, and it's very close to the train station. It was a strange coincidence – when I took a taxi from Hue train station to the hotel, the driver, who spoke excellent English, gave me a tour of the sights along the way. Three days later, when I hailed a taxi to go to the Hue office to leave town, it was the same driver! For my first meal after checking in, I went to a beef hotpot place inside the Imperial City. It didn't have any reviews on popular apps like Dianping or Xiaohongshu, but it was the most satisfying meal I've had in Vietnam so far – very similar to what you'd find back home, and reasonably priced too. The next day, I explored the Imperial City and tried salt coffee. All the local Vietnamese coffee is just too sweet for my taste. On my third day, when I was leaving, I realized I'd left behind a white top. I had planned to wear it on the sleeping bus, but completely forgot to pack it when I checked out.

Upon check-in, there was hair on the floor in the room. After reporting it, they quickly sent someone to clean it up. Both the hotel's exterior and the room itself are beautiful! What's even better is that the plaza outside the hotel has an amusement park with really affordable prices! It's incredibly useful for those traveling with children!

The building is a bit old, but the views are incredible. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety, and we enjoyed it on the terrace. It's within walking distance to the bustling downtown area, which was great for meals and massages. You can hear music from a nearby club, but that's a matter of personal preference; if you think of it as a lively, developing area, it's not bothersome. The front desk staff were also very helpful.

We stayed just one night in Hue. The hotel was fantastic, with a really nice swimming pool. Very clean and tidy rooms and excellent breakfast. I really recommend the hotel. Also they have nice restaurant just next to the hotel if you are looking for good Vietnamese food. Extra point: I forgot some stuff in the hotel and they managed to send it to me from Hue to Da Nang in less than 24h. This is not related to the hotel accommodations, but I really appreciate what they did.

I booked a family room, which was very spacious, consisting of two connected rooms. The first room had a double bed, and the second had two single beds separated by a partition. It also had two bathrooms and a TV. The complimentary breakfast was quite good, offering choices like beef noodle soup, thick noodle soup, or omelets, along with coffee and fruit.
