"Good hotel considering location.  Vietnamese food in the restaurant on the ground floor is not very good. Hotel uses solar panels for heating water. So when there’s more guests on the weekend, there is no hot water."

When hot water is needed, guests have to go to the hallway to fetch it, which is quite inconvenient. I believe providing each room with a hot water kettle would not add much cost, and it would greatly enhance convenience for guests."
