This hotel is a peaceful retreat with excellent service. The design makes you feel right at home. All the staff members are incredibly helpful. They offer motorbike rentals and a reasonably priced shuttle service to Da Nang airport. Katie, one of the staff, was particularly attentive and provided great care. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance. The photos I've uploaded might not show much of the hotel itself, but the room was absolutely fantastic! 😍😍😍

I really liked this hotel. My room was clean and spacious, with high ceilings and a fridge, and it was cleaned daily. It's a 20-minute walk to the city center. There's a pool, but the water is a bit cool, though the pool area itself is outdoors in a quiet, enclosed space with armchairs, greenery, and flowers all around. They provide drinking water, and the staff are very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel, you won't regret it.

Had a great stay! The exterior is beautiful, and the pool is really pleasant. The staff were very helpful, recommending activities for us. They offer free bicycles and scooter rentals. You're just a 10-minute scooter ride from the city center. We used the bikes to go to the rice paddies (2 mins), the boat (15 mins by bike), and the beach (15 mins by bike). The only downside was the soundproofing in the rooms...

Mr Phong was an amazing host, and his home stay is very homey. His wife and kid are very friendly and I enjoyed getting my breakfast from them every morning. He was very kind and very informative, suggested some Tailor shops and gave me an overview of where to go and what to do whilst even helping me book my transport from Hoi An to Hue which I thought was a good deal considering the distance and you know the logical planning I would have to do. The location is great and is very central - short walk to everywhere.

I was looking for a quick place for four people to stay before leaving the country, and I found a place for 30,000 won. Since I was leaving soon, check-in was quick and the staff were very friendly. The neighborhood was a bit messy, but it was quiet and nice.

Pleasant hotel for a short stay in Hoi An, with comfortable and well-equipped rooms. Housekeeping is done daily, but not very thoroughly; however, towels are changed daily. A small drawback: one of the receptionists doesn't speak English, and when we asked where to rent bicycles, she didn't mention that the hotel provided them free of charge. So we unnecessarily paid for a rental outside the hotel. The breakfast is excellent, especially the Vietnamese sandwiches. However, the pool seems to lack maintenance (foam) and the water is far too warm to be refreshing.

We decided to stay at this lovely villa for new years holiday, and we are so happy that we did. This was a 5/5 for everything including a clean, spacious room, with a lovely little balcony, free bike hire, and a swimming pool. Great location in between the Old Town and the beaches so we got to explore lots of Hoi An. The host & family were so kind & helpful, who thankfully saved us from missing our bus, by giving us a lift to the station. When we return in the future, we will be staying here!

As a solo traveler, I always checked reviews before booking, and everything I read was accurate. I had a wonderful stay at May Boutique Villa. Room & Rate: I booked a room with a balcony for 3 nights. The room is spacious. Although the view from the balcony is surrounded by hotels however it gives a calm vibe at night especially during a full moon. The rate is reasonable 4D3N Toilet: Provided with toiletries and towels. Clean and there’s no odd smell. The toilet bowl is clean as well (my non-negotiable😅) Location-wise: It's a bit away from the town, but it only takes about 20-25 minutes to walk to Hoi An Ancient Town. If you’re not into walking, consider renting a bicycle or motorcycle. The prices are also good. Amenities: Includes a swimming pool. Food: I only booked a one-meal breakfast on my first day during check-in. It’s an à la carte style. The food was tasty and freshly cooked. I appreciate the owner (sorry I didn’t his name) for allowing me to eat my white rose dumplings take away before heading to the airport. The coffee I ordered was on the house 😊

Fantastic location right by the rice paddies. It's close to both the center and the beach. You can rent a bicycle or scooter right here. There's breakfast and a pool. The only downsides were that the Wi-Fi in the room sometimes didn't work, but that wasn't very often. Also, construction started nearby. Overall, I'm very happy with my stay here! Thanks!

The hotel is closer to the rice fields – they offer free bikes, and you can get there in 10-15 minutes. If you walk to the old town, allow for more than 25 minutes. Now for the downsides. Breakfasts are poor. Really poor. Everything is à la carte, with minimal choice, plus a small table with fruits – and that's it. If you're expecting a decent buffet, look elsewhere. The rooms are generally clean, which is fine. But our air conditioner was dirty – causing it to scream like a jet taking off. Plus, a slightly broken window also added to the 'ambiance.' And this is where it gets interesting. We wrote an honest review on Google Maps. The next day, the manager came to us and said he could be fired because of it. He asked us to delete the review… and as 'compensation,' he brought mandarins bought with his own money. He fixed the window and the air conditioner, which is good, but they really could be more attentive. The situation, to put it mildly, is strange. So, be aware: there's a feeling that negative reviews here might just be asked to be removed. Another point – everywhere it says this is a new hotel from 2026. But it feels less like a new hotel and more like an old one that's had a light renovation and a new sign. Far from fresh. Overall: a 4 minus. It's livable, but it's best to temper your expectations a bit right away.
