"What makes this hotel worthwhile is its location, being close to the subway and amenities like supermarkets, bars, and a snack bar. It also has parking, though it costs $25 per day, but that's typical for city parking prices. The hotel is old and needs renovation, but the beds are very good and comfortable. The bathroom needs an upgrade. Overall, the value for money was good."

"Absolutely loved staying at the Churchill Hotel! It is in a beautiful neighborhood. Close to DuPont Circle and the Metro. Very safe neighborhood. There is a separate area in the room with a desk. Actually, large enough to use as a dressing room! We will definitely be going back and staying at the Churchill."

"A lovely hotel in a lovely neighborhood. There were some deficiencies, however: The heating/cooling system works only one way or the other. Heat had been turned off, and our room was uncomfortably cold. We got an extra blanket but not one of a limited number of space heaters. The lighting in the bathroom is poorly placed and there is no lighting for the desk, which makes it useless, except during the day. The breakfast was minimal for a hotel of this quality."

"Very nice green travel, because I saw the evaluation is good, the price is moderately close to the city center, it was booked. After coming, I feel very good. First of all, because the hardware facilities of the Youth Hostel are very limited, an excellent operation team is very important. The counter is very very friendly and can be seen as well-trained. The house was very clean, with ten beds inside, a fan and air circulator, and curtains to control the sun. When I arrived, I was too tired to sleep for one afternoon. There were only three people staying that night. The public living room on the first floor has old-fashioned watching games, and there are also learning to learn. "As a Hilton Honors member I trust the Hilton Quality standards worldwide and never had so far a disappointing experience until now. The Washington Hilton is well located and the overall facility is nice. But the level of cleanness on the floors is below average, and for the very first time I see the housekeeping just putting fresh towels in the room and a plastic bag with coffee supplies, without doing literally anything. This is simply not acceptable and doesn't correspond the Hilton standards. Also the room service is a Fastfood delivery in plastic bags and paper boxes. Again, I haven't seen such a thing in any other Hilton. On top of it, they charge obligatory $25,- per day for hotel consumption, regardless if used or not. Overall a very disappointing experience. The front desk staff and the Concierge were very friendly and professional, therefore the upgrade of the service stars."

"The hotel's location near the White House is in a very safe and upscale area, and the metro isn't far. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the management and service are excellent. It's very clean, and the restaurant on the ground floor serves delicious food. There's also a lounge area and a convenience store in the lobby. Overall, it was a great experience."

In terms of service, the front desk clerk was very good at check-in, but the WI-FI signal in the room was unstable. After calling, two engineers were sent to check, but they did not solve the problem. It should not be the standard of Hyatt Hotel management, right?"
