"I was going to chalk up my experience as an isolated incident and let it fade away. That was until I received a phone call last evening around midnight! A rep. from Trip calling me asking about for my input concerning my stay at this hotel. I relayed to her that I had called Trip.com a couple of months ago right after a friend and I rented a room. We rented a room around 5pm or so. I had expressed that the power in our room - the TV, Lamps, Microwave, Frig., did not work. We put a complaint into the front desk around 6pm. Issue was not resolved until later on, around 10pm approx. About an hour after that is bedtime so 95% of watching TV, microwaving, etc, was wiped out. When I put the call into Trip,.com a couple of months ago, I received no follow up, until last night. Last night the caller wanted feedback about my room. I went over everything that had occurred. She also wanted input on how they could improve. I said, it's very simple, just focus on basic customer etiquette and satisfaction. At no point has any type of recognition been expressed concerning my loss of enjoyment of here said hotel stay. Customer service/satisfaction is becoming non-existent ."

"Historic hotel, well preserved, fantastic lobby bar and restaurant. Very lovely breakfast. Really lovely to spend a wonderful evening at dinner. Very friendly staff. 100% recommended"

"Hotel was okay. When we first arrived we were given a room that was dirty but the front receptionist quickly corrected the mistake. House keeping also knocked on our door and said checkout was 10AM when it was really 11AM. A bit of a disconnect we found with the staff. The bed was comfy, bathroom was spacious, but overall the room/hotel/elevator itself is a bit dated. It’s an ideal location to attend a baseball game or walk around downtown."

"The front desk service was very kind and professional. However, our room was not very clean. The bathroom was dirty as well as the bathroom sink and our sheets. The mini refrigerator was never cleaned out and still had drinks from whoever stayed there prior to us. I have never stayed somewhere that makes you pay $9 for a cereal breakfast. Also, when we were checking in we were told that we had until 12:00 to check out. A couple of hours before, room service came and knocked on the door and asked when we were checking out. I thought this was very unprofessional. Also, the pool closes at 8, so if you have little ones, you may want to look into that more. The location was really good and the parking was very convenient. "

"This was a great place to stay. Clean and quiet with breakfast in the morning. What puts this hotel aver the top is the amazing woman working the front desk! The friendliest most accommodating person! We actually hugged her goodbye. Above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced and I have traveled A LOT!!! Her name is Fatima! I want to visit Cincinnati solely to see her again!"

"The location is very good, next to the bus stop to the airport. The waiter's service is also in place, I want to change a room with a good view and change it immediately. The towels are a bit less, everything else is not bad."
