After FWC published on their website that the Boca Raton beaches tested positive for red tide I called the hotel and they denied it saying it’s something the media was saying for no reason. My spouse is 8 months pregnant and they said we will be fine and have a great time. We arrived the next morning and when we went to the pool for lunch everyone was coughing, including us. The waiter acknowledged it was bad and recommended we eat inside which we did. Very disappointed the hotel lied to us and made it seem like all was good. We have had to stay indoors the hotel time

All great reviews except the air went out while I was preparing for my son's wedding. 79 degrees in my gown and my husband's tux. Every night there were charges on my room, and I had to spend time at the front desk to clear them up. I had one car and they continued to charge me for 2. Overall this hotel was magnificent! The hotel lobby is not on the first floor, so we drove directly to the parking lot on the first floor. A little brother greeted us. The hotel is very clean. The room facilities need a remodel, if they look a little neglected, although the room looked freshly painted, the furniture, doors do look old and neglected. The breakfast was very good, like all Embassy Suites, the lobby area does look remodeled.
