"The guy at the reception desk was rude. I needed to check in. I waited for a while for him to chitchat with the people in front of me. He clearly saw me but was ignoring me. It’s great that the guy was telling the people where to visit and wanting to write down a list for them. And the people asking 100 questions. But that part could have waited. I finally walked up to the counter. He asked if I had a question rudely. No, I didn’t, I needed to check in and I had somewhere to go. He finally helped me, not friendly at all with me. I did ask about the parking situation, he mentioned street parking or valet parking. I didn’t ask for valet parking but was charged a valet parking fee. (I did get this fixed the next day)"

"The hostel conditions are average, but indeed there are very limited hostel options in Denver. Location is ok, right on the road, but usually there are not many people on the street at night. The hostel organises some sightseeing activities and has time to participate."
