Holiday Inn Express Denver Downtown by IHG

Perfect location and great breakfast. The gym has a lot of workouts equipment and even provides apples. Wonderful stays for 7 nights

Location was great, me and the wifey were in town to see the Phillies beat the Rockies!

Great view and location

Great location, decent pricing, but dodgy amenities and cleanliness. In the middle of a heat-wave, the AC was set to a subpar temperature for every guest, if you complained, you got a fan— this gave me a cold initially. Ice machines didn’t work when we needed them, and the water dispenser could use a filter change. That said, the service from the staff was pretty good, and the breakfast was good.

The hotel is in an excellent location and the staff were very helpful. However the rooms are quite dated and there were cleanliness issues - there were dirty marks on sheets (similar to what others have posted on review sites) and there were even other people's hairs on the 'freshly made' bed. Overall it was an okay stay but I would not stay there again in view of the cleanliness issues.

I did not realize how small the room was. Our air conditioning was down pretty much the whole time, they gave us a fan which was nice, but it really didnt help. They also brought us in a small fridge, which was nice.

We didn’t even get to stay the night here. Our train delayed and we tried to get the date pushed back to the next day. The receptionist refused and would not allow the change and/or refund. If given the chance, I would not stay here.

The staffs are very friendly. The facilities are excellent. The hotel provides free coffee all the day.
