"The lobby was nice but the rooms were a little small for a family of 4. The carpet and the walls were not very clean. Breakfast and service was excellent though."

"The hotel's location is excellent, just a 25-minute walk to the Brooklyn Bridge photo op spot. There are plenty of dining options nearby, including some incredibly good value Chinese restaurants, which are a big plus for Chinese travelers. The front desk staff provided top-notch service and arranged a very satisfying breakfast for us, which was also perfectly suited to Chinese tastes."

"Location is fantastic, surrounded by a mall, some supermarkets. The nearby train stations are equipped with elevators. Check-in was swift, room was cleaned daily. TV channels are aplenty, bathroom facilities are quite complete (except no toothbrush and toothpaste). The only problem I had was having my room door too close to the neighbouring room. As the guest next door kept slamming his door, on my end the sound effect felt like someone kept trying to open my room door."

"Room was clean and the views were amazing (see photo of the view from our room)! Although it’s a slight distance from manhattan, but it’s worth it. Nearest metro station is across the street but there’s only stairs (something to note if you are carrying luggages!) but the hotel is a walking distance from other metro stations as well so travelling is an ease. Would recommend for those who are looking to stay at a good place in Brooklyn!"

"I enjoyed my stay here, but for me, if you have big luggage, this is not an ideal place to stay. It’s hard to open your luggage in the room because it’s too small. I think this accommodation is better for interstate trips or if you’re trying to save money—you can still manage though. I also thought all floors had a hair dryer, especially the women’s floor where I stayed, but there wasn’t any. The rest was okay. Just be prepared that there is no elevator, so you’ll need to carry your luggage upstairs."

"Brand new hotel – I stayed March 2026, in the first few weeks after it opened. Very clever layouts makes the most of the small rooms. Modern attractive design distinguishes the rooms from other hotels in the area. Overall a great choice, HOWEVER there are a few growing pains that I hope the hotel takes care to address: - The shower is *warm-ish*, but not *hot*. Both my wife and I found this unpleasant; we were hoping for a more relaxing shower. - The shower leaked incredible amounts of water into the rest of the bathroom. There was no barrier under the door to keep the water inside. - The elevator beeps on every floor it passes. Every room is near the elevators, so mornings and evenings you just hear a constant refrain of ”beep... beep... BEEP... beep... beep... BEEP... beep...” as the elevators stay busy moving guests around. I hope the hotel can get their elevator guy to disable this pointless beeping, or at least make it quieter. Overall it was still a great stay, and definitely my favorite hotel in the area – better than the Ace Hotel, the nearby Hilton, and Holiday Inn – though it could have been amazing had these growing pains been addressed."

The rooms are modern but small, with comfortable bedding and smooth Wi-Fi, but the soundproofing is average and cleanliness could be improved. The service is efficient, the lobby bar is lively, and the free bicycle rentals are a highlight. The value is average, making it suitable for young travelers or those on short trips. If you prefer quiet and spacious accommodations, we recommend opting for a higher room category. Overall, it's a 3.5/5 star rating, in line with the Aloft brand."

"The hotel is new, clean and hygienic. Hot water, coffee and tea are available all day on the underground floor. There is a billiard table in the gym. The American breakfast is delicious. The front desk lady is very enthusiastic and the service is good. The hotel is in a good location, about 4 minutes away from the subway station, and there is a self-service laundry room about 3 minutes walk from the hotel, which solves the laundry problem. Highly recommended."

"The room was nice and super clean. The staff very friendly and helpful. They have a simple breakfast but we did not eat it. The free bicycles are perfect for exploring the area. Subway is in walking distance"
