"I had the pleasure of staying at this brand new hotel, and it truly exceeded expectations. The facility is modern and spotless, but the real highlight is the staff—friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. When I struggled with the coffee machine in my room, someone was there in minutes to guide me through it with a smile. A special shout-out to Erin, who went above and beyond. Not only did she surprise me for my birthday (such a thoughtful touch!), but she also gave me fantastic local tips and advice. Thanks to her, I discovered Ruka—an amazing restaurant I highly recommend. She also helped me plan my first walk around Harvard Campus, which was a highlight of my trip. The location is perfect, right next to Harvard Business School with a lovely view. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this hotel offers warmth, efficiency, and a great setting. I’ll definitely be back!"

"The room is old decoration, close to the airport, 5 minutes drive, very convenient choice, a bottle of mineral water and sweet biscuits, there is a car transfer back and forth, every 20 minutes."

"The room was of comfortable size and I particularly appreciated that the room was made up daily. Friendly staff and good service in general.  The Grab and Go Bistro offered a good selection of breakfast choices, while the quality of dishes served at the Bisuteki (Japanese restaurant) by the lobby has much room for improvement, given the high prices! I also liked that the hotel is sandwiched between Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods Market, with a Blue Bikes dock just a couple mins walk from the lobby, very convenient."

"The hotel's location is excellent, not far from MIT, Harvard, Boston University, Berklee College of Music, Tufts University, and Northeastern University. A taxi ride costs between $15-20 to these locations. It's also conveniently close to major attractions, generally under $20 by taxi. The hotel offers a shuttle service to Harvard Square and downtown, with fewer runs on weekdays and more on weekends, which is great for getting around. There's a Whole Foods market and a gas station within an 8-minute walk, making everyday life very convenient. The river view rooms offer nice scenery, and you can enjoy Boston's night view from the top floor."

"I’m not even joking , I still don’t understand how $30 per person can get so much , the bunk beds are amazing , eveyone has their own personal space (reading light, curtains) . At first I thought the shared restroom would be concerning , but turns up its really clean and the shampoos they use is rly good quality! I really like how they priortize personal space"

"What attracted me most was the rare and cozy interior design; I highly recommend it to anyone who likes this style! The hotel's location is also superb, right next to the beautiful Boston Garden, very close to the upscale Beacon Hill neighborhood and the bustling Newbury Street—all within walking distance. It's truly comfortable; there are no homeless people in this area, and it's extremely quiet at night, allowing for a good night's sleep. The only thing to note is that the bathrooms are shared; about four households share one bathroom per floor, which isn't exactly convenient, and those who are particular about hygiene should consider this. However, this factor is taken into account in the price, so I recommend it to anyone who likes this style."

"I only stayed one one night but the stay was a good as you can get. Check-in was fast and easy, the room was clean and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The room had a new digital thermostat which made adjusting the temp much more precise, which has historically been an issue for me as a business traveler. I'll definitely be back for my next trip to Cambridge."
