"After an overnight flight from San Francisco, I hadn't slept at all. I was staying for three consecutive nights and specifically asked the front desk if I could check in early. My request wasn't accepted or even acknowledged; they didn't even bother to check if there were any clean, available rooms, simply responding that check-in was guaranteed at 4 PM, not 9 AM.
The hotel has some history (which I quite appreciated during my three-day stay) and is in a very good, relatively safe location. During my stay, I reported to the front desk twice that the WiFi wasn't connecting and frequently disconnected (no improvements were made; they just smiled and said no one else had reported this issue, showing no proactive effort to address customer feedback).
The hotel offers a paid cruise shuttle service (USD 15 per person), which is quite convenient."

No. 1 of 4-Star Select Hotels in Seattle"This hotel boasts an excellent location right in downtown Seattle, within walking distance to Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, and other city landmarks. It's also incredibly convenient for taking the subway and monorail. The area feels very safe; personally, I didn't worry about walking back to the hotel after dark. The hygiene and service were standard and satisfactory. They even offer a daily $15 credit for 'The Market,' which is enough for a couple of coffees or yogurts. Overall, it was a good experience and I'd recommend it."

"Location is unbeatable - nearby Westlake Station (Exit A) of Link Light Rail, and Seattle Convention Centre. Walking distance to attractions (e.g., Pike Place Market, Space Needle)
Very helpful & friendly staff: It was my first time to stay at a hotel with all staff (front desk, room service & other staff met in the hotel) are very warm and make me feel to be welcomed.
minor comment: heating warm up the room automatically once a while but quite noisy."

"We were given the view to see the Space Needle from our window. This is a short walk from the Space Needle. The front desk staff member, Dan, is the best in his job. He is invaluable and made our stay 10/10. Their complimentary breakfast has plenty of options and is very delicious."

No. 12 of 4-Star Select Hotels in Seattle"Went as a solo traveler. The room was very clean & hipster chic. The food at the attached Ben Paris restaurant was great! Everyone who worked there was incredibly nice & very helpful. Walking distance to so many great Seattle attractions: ferries, the Seattle Art Museum, Pikes Market, Under the Streets tour as well The Can Can Can Culinary Cabaret. The only drawback is the parking - like most older big city hotels there is no attached parking structure. The paid parking structure ($10-$32/day) is about 1 city block down from the hotel and is a bit sketchy if you are coming/ going at really late/early hours.
All in all I would really recommend this hotel! I really enjoyed my stay there! "

2026 Americas 50 - Instagrammable Hotels"The hotel is in a prime location with a beautiful environment. It is close to Pike Place, the ferry terminal, and the coastal sightseeing road. The rooms are well-equipped, with good views, and the service is warm and thoughtful. In particular, the handsome waiter can speak a few words in Chinese. He enthusiastically introduced the hotel and the surroundings to us. When he saw us buying a bouquet of flowers, he immediately gave us a vase for us to put in. This hotel is worth recommending."

"The location is fantastic! Stepping out of the hotel and seeing the ocean every time was a delightful surprise. It's super convenient to Pike Place Market, Chinatown, and the subway station. However, I wouldn't recommend it for older guests, as the daily uphill and downhill walks can be quite tiring due to the steep inclines.
Facilities: Quite old.
Hygiene: Average.
Environment: Decent, but try to avoid rooms facing Avenue 6 due to highway noise.
Service: Alright.
The hotel offers free standard Wi-Fi, but there's a charge for high-speed internet. When we asked about internet, the front desk just said it was available. After checking in, we were charged an extra $3 per night. We inquired about it and were told it would be refunded. Both on the second day and the last day, they assured us the refund was processed in their system, but it never came through. Thankfully, Trip.com helped us resolve the issue. This experience reinforced that choosing Trip.com for international travel is always the right decision."

WWudaozhongnanshanThe hotel's location is decent, not far from the university and the subway. However, the air conditioning in the room was noisy, and the duvet was too thick. The room size was okay. Overall, it's a suitable place for a 2-3 day stay.

GGuest UserI had a fantastic 2-night stay at this new hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for anyone arriving from the airport via the Green Line Westlake. It’s a direct shot from the airport, and then just a 14-minute walk from the station (which also connects to the mono rail to space needle.
I loved the cozy lobby; it’s a great spot to just hang out or relax for a bit. A huge plus for me was the surrounding area. On my way to check in, I was able to grab Shake Shack for dinner, which was perfect. And for bubble tea lovers, there’s a boba shop, Hey Tea ,right next door! Whole Foods is also just a short walk away, making it easy to pick up anything you need.
The check-in and check-out process was super quick and smooth. I had a great rest over my two nights and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay.

TTineChanThe hotel's front desk service is very good, the room is clean, and free bath salts are delivered to the room. When checking in, the front desk will give 2 bottles of water and a welcome drink. Guests will be provided with a free glass of red wine from 5 to 7 o'clock, and free delivery to nearby attractions. The location of the hotel is very convenient, there are bus stops and supermarkets within 100 meters.
The room we stayed in this time also happened to have a little view of the Needle. Recommended for those traveling to Seattle to consider staying here.

GGuest UserExcellent hotel in a great location. Although the room was slightly small, it was comfortable and very clean. The ”technology” controlling the entire room took a little time to get used to. My only complaint was that throughout my stay (only 1 night), I was unable to get the TV to work !! The controlling mini ipad wouldnt seem to communicate with the TV beyond switching it on and off. Reception suggested I use the regular remote control, but still didnt work! I can live without the TV for one night but if longer I would have pursued the hotel to fix the problem. Other then that, I enjoyed my stay. Nice to have a laptop sized room safe. Note, there is no in-room coffee/tea making facility, but they are available down on the ground floor. Despite the TV problem I would stay again.

CcauliflowerI visited with my family. The lobby desk staff was so friendly and I felt good. I also had breakfast at the restaurant below because I used my destination fee points. They were friendly and the food was good. The location was relatively safer than the market area, so I liked it.

BBanlibaoziSeattle's prices are really something else... $70 for parking, practically Hawaii prices... Or is Seattle even more expensive than Hawaii? But downtown is quite chaotic, and as a tourist, you don't really have a choice. It's just a standard Hilton double room. It's a bit of a walk to attractions, especially with Seattle's hills. However, the room price was relatively affordable. When traveling, I prioritize chain hotels.

AAnonymous UserFacilities: They're currently renovating, and breakfast wasn't available during my stay... they said they'd issue a refund. The gym wasn't open either, but guests can use the gym at the hotel next door.
Cleanliness: Pretty clean.
Environment: It's right next to the DT, so it's convenient and safe to walk everywhere.

GGuest UserThe hotel itself was in a great spot (Royal Caribbean cruise customer) and was clean and pleasant. The staff accommodated our early check in request (we arrived around 1pm) which was terrific - didn't have to wait YAY!!!
The rest of the staff were all wonderful except for the bar staff. We placed an order for drinks/snacks at the bar and then sat off to the side nearer the restaurant. We had to ask at least three times for our order and the bartender/server was abrupt and rather surly. Everyone else was wonderful.

YYona的日本留學日常The room was very clean and newly decorated, and there was enough space for two large suitcases. The toilet is not in the room and you need to go out of the public area, which is not a big problem. There is a laundry room and kitchen on the first floor, with tableware, kitchen utensils and oven.

GGuest UserCan't say that I would stay here again.
First, the positives: Great location close to Pike Place and the train to get to Lumen. Front desk staff on arrival and leaving were friendly.
Now the negatives: Sent an email a week ahead that never got answered. Ended up calling 2 days before arrival and asked about early check-in. No option for early check-in guarantee but was told ”wouldn't be a problem” to check in 2 hours earlier than the 4:00 standard. Finally got an email at 4:05 that our room was ready. Needless to say, it really messed up our plans. Second, walls are paper thin. Had some influencer type wake us up at 1am recording his vlog or whatever. The one pair of free ear plugs just didnt cut it. Thirdly, I understand it is an old building but the upkeep and maintenance was lacking. Fourth, absolutely no clothes storage at all. Fine for an overnight stay but for multi-night stays, it got tiring living out of the suitcase. Fifth, parking is $45 a night to self-park a block away. And finally, not sure if they are the same owners but the bar/restaurant downstairs for guests had HORRIBLY slow service. Definitely not a perk to staying here. All in all, 2 stars. Won't stay again.
