"I had a great stay at the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The queen room on the 9th floor was perfect for just me - it was small but well designed and had everything I needed. It was also very clean. The bed was softer than mine at home, but it was so comfy. There were also a variety of pillows so I was able to get just the right one to sleep on and a blackout screen on the window to keep out light, so I slept like a baby both nights. On my first night, I took advantage of the check-in coupon and ate at the restaurant. The bartender was super, happy hour had great pricing, and the dinner was exceptional (whole Snapper). The location is okay because it is only a block to a subway station, but there doesn't seem to be much of interest close by (hip hop museum is closed as they are on tour) and it is a bit far to Manhattan for reasonable prices on Uber. All-in-all though, it was a good experience and I had a fabulous quick trip to NYC."

"Located in the upper city of New York, the price is reasonable, the standard room we stayed in is taxed more than 1,100 yuan a day. Not far from the subway station, 10 minutes walk, the room size is moderate, clean and tidy, parking in the hotel yard, 22 US dollars a day, breakfast is good, although the Western style, the sample variety is quite rich. Not far from there is a dollar store, snacks and drinks are super cheap."

"I had a nice stay at Hotel Bridge in New York. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall the hotel felt basic but pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when changing my room, allowing a later checkout, and storing my luggage after checkout. Breakfast was basic, and more options would be nice. The breakfast area was also small, which sometimes made it feel rushed when other guests were waiting for tables. The location allows access to central areas of the city, but they are still a bit far from the hotel. Overall, it was a good stay for a basic hotel with helpful staff"

"I had a pleasant stay from 28-31 May 2026. Shout out to the receptionist who walked with me to the store to get the item I need in the store! I enjoy the breakfast, the toasts and croissants are delicious. Despite its location in South Bronx ( as a solo female traveler and I was a little bit scared to walk on the street in the evening ), I really enjoy the vibe and everything!"

"The location is excellent, very close to several subway lines, making it convenient for getting around. It's about a 10-minute walk from the M60 airport express bus stop. There are supermarkets and Chinese restaurants nearby. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. You can cook in the communal kitchen, and there are also simple meals available for purchase on the first floor. This was my first time staying in a hostel, and I had a great experience. This one was much better than the same brand's hostel I stayed at later in Boston. The 6-bed dorm was much more spacious than the 8-bed dorm; I forgot to take photos of the 6-bed room."

"Everything was unexpectedly perfect. The hotel is about 200 meters away from Metro Line 2 and Line 5. The traffic is very convenient. The hotel is diagonally opposite the road is a medium-sized supermarket, and shopping is super convenient! The hotel is very new, the rooms are spacious and bright, very clean, the facilities are complete, the bedding is also very good, the service is very good, very warm and thoughtful. Very satisfied."

"It was quite clean and the bathroom was clean. Compared to the room, the bathroom is quite large. Close to the subway station, it is quite convenient to take the subway. There is no elevator. If you live upstairs, baggage handling is a big problem. The room is very small and it is very crowded. The HARLEM area is famous, although there is no situation, but be careful. The room was very noisy and it was not good to sleep at night! There is a train whistling every night, very noisy!"

"Today, I booked a larger room (28 sqm), which was much more comfortable than the smaller ones, though of course, the price was also significantly higher. The hotel is brand new, and the facilities are excellent. The shower, in particular, had fantastic water pressure. The soundproofing in the room was also good, and there was a coffee machine. Breakfast was a bit basic. However, most hotels below four stars in New York don't offer breakfast, so you usually have to go out and find food yourself. The surrounding area isn't as good as south of 121st Street, but it's very convenient to take the subway downtown."

"Accidentally booked this hotel replacing earlier apartment. After reach it’s little far from down town but very convenient Bus service just out of hotel in road 158 take you 42th street. Nice and very clean big room. It’s perfect for those who they want relax in peace atmosphere. Front Counter always welcoming with smiling faces. Specially Colombian Guy willing provide you all your assistance. A good thing free coffee in different flavors always waiting for you 24/7. Overall I will stay again my next trip for sure 👍"
