"The room is large in the roadside hotel and the facilities are no problem. The staff is good. It is a pity that there was no vegetable for breakfast, but there is a minimum content. I would like to stay at the hotel itself again, but the security around the area is a little problematic. It is safer not to go out too much, such as being entangled by other guests when going to a nearby 7-Eleven."

"The suite is very large and can accommodate 6 people. The room has a terrace and a sea view. It is very close to the beach. The hotel restaurant is also very good, specializing in seafood. The transportation is very convenient. Parking is charged."

"Standard Hilton convenient hotel, just close to the airport. I stayed here. The lake next to it is quite beautiful. You can walk to the outlets. It's just a bit cold outside, and there are sometimes homeless people. It's better to stay in the hotel alone. Hot tea and coffee are good."

"Very nice hotel, staff was so accommodating and friendly,the rooms were bigger than a regular hotel room. Best breakfast,at least every day there’s a different kind of food. Negative side the location,it’s on a busy street ,I can hear street noise,traffic noise. Positive side location is near restaurant and shopping center."

"I had items stolen from my room after the first cleaning. There has been zero promises kept and zero engagement now 6 days after the incident. Mgmt promised an investigation and calls. I didnt get calls. I had to seek out the GM of the hotel. When I finally spoke about my issues, I was asked what it would take to make me satisfied. I told the mgr if they removed 50% of the cost of the stay, that would satisfy me. It has now been 4 days since my conversation with mgmt, and I still have not been contacted back by the hotel mgr. No calls, no emails, no follow up. I have now had to place the entire charge on hold and refuse to pay, as Delta Hotel by Marriott at the Norfolk Airport location has no idea how to settle a dispute with a sticky fingered room cleaner and an upset guest who simply wanted their items back."
