"The room is quite big, very clean, the price of business trip is also suitable, it is convenient to stay, and it is very convenient to take a taxi.
Shopping in the nearby supermarket is also very convenient, you can continue to consider it on business trips in the future"
"I was there for a convention but it turns out that the congress was really far from the hotel. So I ended up booking an uber back and forth daily.
The hotel was OK. Its not extravagant or perfect. It's not crowded. Most of the guests are adult to senior years.
Breakfast was also OK. But if you stay a bit longer then you will say that you can memorize all the breakfast menu daily 😉 🤣
What ai love about is that the convenience store was a few walk away including the TJMax 🤣
One thing, they do not have free shuttle to and from the airport 😓"
"This Hyatt Place is the core business and shopping center area in Buckhead, Atlanta, a little north of Downtown, and the location is very convenient! Lenox Mall and luxury store Mall ~ Phillip Plaza are within a 15-20 minute walk. The hotel is basically a small suite, it feels very comfortable, there is a parking lot next to it, and the 10-dollar knife is very reasonable for a day. Breakfast is a traditional American simple meal, but it is still more exquisite."
"The front desk superviser (I think her name was Vee) and Alexis were wonderful, The blind date with a book was such a fun and awesome idea! The pool was beautiful, and the hotel itself had a lot of character. Great walking distance to Buckhead village, would definitely stay here again~"
"The breakfast was quite rich and the staff was very friendly, but they did not provide slippers or combs, and you had to get your toothbrush and toothpaste from the front desk. This was not indicated on the booking page, and we were completely unprepared when we got there."
"The service attitude is very good. The queen room needs to add a quilt and send me a blanket.
There is an indoor small swimming pool on the ground floor and a well-equipped gym. Room cleaning, no tooth brushing supplies and slippers, breakfast is purely Western, not many varieties but very affordable.
Overall feeling 3 stars+ or 4 stars - standard."
"This is my second time at this hotel. I love staying there because of the location and the cleanliness. However the service was not great this time. One of the cook/server who served us breakfast was very unprofessional and disrespectful. For this reason I’ll never stay there again."
"It's great and the waiters are also very nice. There is a big shopping mall opposite. The only drawback is that there is no breakfast! You can only have a simple meal at the Italian breakfast shop on the street behind the hotel."

Great
GGuest UserThe hotel room was very clean and spacious. I was surprised, however at how small the pool was for the size of the hotel. Also, I wasn’t informed of how much valet was prior to arriving and that there was only valet no self parking but overall it was a good hotel stay
GGuest UserIt was a very pleasant experience staying at Kimpton the Shane. Home keeping was done everyday. Nice toiletries were provided, replaced as requested/required. We were there to visit the city but it also could be a nice spot for staycation as they have a lot of options of room service along with a bar and restaurant attached!
LLorena CNice hotel apartment, across from Civic Center station with underground parking. Very good service from front desk staff. A lovely space with coloring area in the lobby, restaurant are precursor to the apartment: full kitchen, living room, dining area, two tvs, balcony and bedroom, kind of classic Marriott style. But unlike Marriott there were no extra towels, bathrobes, slippers or toiletries beyond soap and shower cap.
The restaurant hours on the key are incorrect. The restaurant closes at 930pm although front desk said only the kitchen closes at 945pm. Anyway the mix up led to none of our interactions with the reticent restaurant's staff for room service. The restaurant takes a daily siesta too, though the key says weekends only. The 12 doesn't let Door Dash come to the apartment, only the lobby. However, 12 Staff will deliver if anyone's available; otherwise you have to go to the lobby.
All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.
GGuest UserOur stay at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis was an enjoyable experience overall. The hotel's location was excellent, providing convenient access to many of Atlanta's attractions, restaurants, and entertainment options. The staff was consistently friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout our visit, which made our stay even more pleasant. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible views from both our guest room and the rooftop restaurant. The city skyline created a beautiful backdrop, especially during the evening hours, and added a memorable touch to our experience. The only aspect of our stay that did not meet expectations was the on-site restaurant, Sear. While the atmosphere and service were pleasant, the food quality and overall dining experience fell short of what we anticipated from a hotel of this caliber. Despite this concern, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Atlanta Marriott Marquis for its outstanding location, exceptional staff, and stunning views.
JjenwhiteMy husband and our son stayed here cause we always have a great stay at hoilday inn all over. I will start with the bad. First off, when we booked this hotel, it stated the breakfast is included while getting checked In. I saw a sign saying that you have to pay for breakfast and it's 9 dollars a plate. 😡so I asked the guy that was checking us in. Why do we have to pay 9 dollars for breakfast he said it's not in my reservation. That was false,. So he said we have to call ihg to inform them of this and I said NO you call cause this is your hotel not mine. Anyways I have never stayed at a hoilday Inn IHG and had to pay for breakfast (NEVER)..The good news is we slept good.. room was clean.
GGuest UserNot many people in Atlanta, and not many guests at the hotel either. It's similar to Macau, where all the hotels are connected. Overall, it's pretty standard, but the bathtub in the room is really big and nice!
EemanI recently stayed at the Courtland Grand Hotel during a conference in Atlanta. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of downtown, with easy access to major venues and public transportation. The lobby is spacious and has a classic charm, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating during check-in.
However, there were a few areas where the experience fell short. The room was clean but felt dated, and the room lights are not enough to light up the room. Housekeeping was inconsistent—some days everything was well-stocked, while on others, they will clean room while you are inside. The elevators also seemed slow, especially during peak hours.
Destination fee failed to collect upon check-in. I received a letter on the door of the unit and you cannot enter the room without paying on it.
Need to ask for the complimentary bottle water, never been provided upon check-in also the same for the dental kit.
Overall, it’s a decent choice if you’re attending an event nearby and looking for a central location, but there’s room for improvement in amenities and room updates.
GGuest UserOne room Rm#511 did have TV service. Also, the bathroom non on the sink was very loose water was getting everywhere. However, I was then moved to rm#509. Moreover, despite of that a house keeper by the name of Jay was a tremendous help and host. If I ever come there again, I desire to see him.
SseanwangThe room is clean, close to the airport, the breakfast is very poor, the facilities are OK, it is an Indian hotel, the service is basically the same as in the United States, the quality is worth the price
