Signia by Hilton Atlanta Georgia World Congress Center
"Random debits, and three wrong debits, not only caused exchange rate losses, but also wasted a lot of communication and follow-up time."
The St. Regis Atlanta
"We came to Atlanta for a little Anniversary trip. We are platinum Marriott members and have stayed at nice Marriott properties all over the world. The St. Regis in Buckhead is one of our favorites. We usually come here a couple times a year because of the great service and we love the location. This time, we had a few hiccups with the service. When we checked in, my wife ordered some coffee to be brought up but after an hour and still no coffee, she cancelled it because we were getting ready to leave. As we left, we asked to have extra pillows brought to our room, but when we returned, there were no pillows so we had to call down again to request the pillows. Finally, we ordered room service for dinner and after waiting over an hour, we called to check on the food and was told they delivered the food to the wrong room and had to make it again. We have always enjoyed staying here at the St. Regis and have always had excellent service. Hopefully this was an aberration and not a sign of declining service. They did comp the room service and gave us a hotel credit for our trouble without us having to ask which was nice. Will definitely be back"
The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta
"The decoration style is similar to that of the Ritz-Carlton in China, the old money style, but the bathroom has no door and water is all over the floor."
JW Marriott Atlanta Buckhead
"Not as good as expected"
Holiday Inn Express & Suites ATLANTA BUCKHEAD by IHG
"Excellent location with shops, restaurants, super markets and banks within walking distance. Although hotel is a bit old, room is clean and spacious. Also have fitness center, pool and guest laundry onsite. All staff is nice and helpful. We have a great stay here."
Hampton Inn Atlanta-Buckhead
"Nice clean and comfortable hotel with nice pool. Breakfast had a good selection. Convenient location for exploring."
Holiday Inn Express & Suites ATLANTA ARPT WEST - CAMP CREEK by IHG
"Was amazing"
SpringHill Suites Atlanta Buckhead
"Oh, I always like this series of hotels, because the room is spacious, and the breakfast is delicious, the price-performance ratio is very good"
Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center
"Right inside Georgia Tech, the hotel is clean, tidy, comfortable, and beautiful. The restaurant has limited hours but the food is great. The shower water was a bit hot, but the room was very spacious, and the staff were professional and friendly."
Loews Atlanta Hotel
"Excellent hotel for our business trip. The room size and amenities are prefect! Location is good as it is easy to go around."
The Starling Atlanta Midtown, Curio Collection by Hilton
"The location is very good. The service is also very good. The hotel is relatively new. Recommended ❤️❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥👈❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥"
Renaissance Concourse Atlanta Airport Hotel
"It was close to the airport and very convenient for transit. The shuttle bus is a bit of a hassle, so I will write about the shuttle bus as of August 2024. ① Move from the domestic terminal to the international terminal → Tell the person at the international bus terminal that you want to go to the international terminal shuttle bus ② Move to the international terminal and go to the shuttle bus stop → Hilton and Marriott hotel buses come constantly ③ Get on when your hotel bus comes Even if everything goes well, it takes 30 to 60 minutes to get there. In addition, there are no sidewalks in the surrounding area, so you basically cannot walk. It is recommended to prepare before arriving, such as by getting an Uber or at the airport."
The Westin Atlanta Airport
"Staying at this hotel meant paying $30 a night for outdoor parking. The main issue was the outdated payment system; you couldn't just scan and pay. You had to scan a QR code, then enter a US local phone number for verification, which I had to go to the front desk to sort out. The hotel itself is a bit run-down, with grimy glass curtain walls. Room soundproofing is mediocre, the ceiling height feels oppressive, and the facilities don't live up to the Westin brand image—I even had to ask a staff member for slippers. It's just about acceptable for a one-night stopover."
Le Méridien Atlanta Perimeter
"The staff saw that all of our needs were met quickly. The microwave was downstairs, they had to bring us a refrigerator and the pool was not clean. But we had a lovely stay and they comped us a beautiful breakfast the next morning"
Residence Inn Atlanta Buckhead
"I loved the duplex structure with a kitchen. It's great for long stays, as I can cook my own meals. The room was spacious, and the two levels provided a good sense of privacy. However, the kitchen supplies were a bit lacking. The oven didn't have a baking tray, and there was only a soup pot. Breakfast was decent, very basic, nothing special but nothing missing either."
Atlanta Airport Marriott Gateway
"Tried to check in at 11 pm, no rooms even with prepaid booking, told to wait, hour later given a room that was occupied! Back to reception, lots of angry people, no management, felt very sorry for the sole receptionist, eventually had a conference room with pull down bed given to me. Will avoid."
