The hotel's cleanliness wasn't great as they don't clean the rooms every day. The breakfast lacked variety and what was available wasn't anything special; in fact, I'd say it was pretty bad. The value for money was unacceptable and left a lot to be desired.

We had a very short rest night for our connecting flight out of Atlanta, about 6 hours only, We booked at this hotel because it is close to Lenox station and the area is considered safe in Atlanta. We can walk from the station to the hotel with luggage at night and back to the station in the early morning. The rooml is clean and with full amenity. We usually rent a car when we visit more days in Atlanta. If the hotel could offer free parking for the hotel guests, we will choose this hotel again.

Terrible service! No service, no water delivery to the room, the faucet was broken and there was no cold water, they only cleaned the house every three days and even threw away my towel. Parking was expensive at $45 a night.

This is a very good hotel with excellent value. Located next to Lenox Square, it's convenient for dining and shopping, with a Target less than a 10-minute walk away. The Lenox subway station is also nearby, about a six- to seven-minute walk. The hotel facilities and cleanliness are excellent, and the bed is comfortable. G Level also offers coin-operated self-service laundry. The front desk was also very friendly. Overall, I think it's a great stay.

The room I booked included breakfast, but the hotel told me when I checked in that it didn't. So, I called Trip.com customer service and they quickly solved the problem for me!👍 The location of the hotel is very good, there are two large high-end shopping malls nearby.
