"We had a fantastic room (#408) with two balconies and view towards the sea. Breakfast is served on the top 5th floor with panoramic view and was good and tasty. Spa with turkish Hamam, steam bath, sauna and pool (all at no extra charge for hotel guests) is a very attractive add-on. Proximity to Yenikapi Metro Station allows easy travel to IST Airport. Staff is friendly and helpful."

But the street is a manufacturing, wholesale, and construction site: shopping carts, movers, noise, dirt... Don't expect to enjoy magnificent views and street cafes when you leave the hotel."

"Located 5 minutes from the subway Enikapivetkm MA1 M1V red, M2 gleegay, Marmari, and an electrician, 10 minutes to the tram T1, You can walk to Sultanahmed minutes 20-25 on narrow streets by going to a local cafe to drink coffee tea, etc. Good and responsive from hotel mines. Room convenient, lingerie, pot, bottled water, tea coffee tea in the room. There are breakfasts. Small stairs are better to use the elevator."

"Location: The location is relatively acceptable. It's no more than a 6-minute walk to the metro station, and about 10 minutes on foot to the Laleli area, where there's a tram. It's convenient for getting around but not right in the heart of the action. Inside the hotel: The hotel is clearly old. The corridors are narrow and enclosed, giving a cramped feeling. The rooms, in general, are small and don't reflect what the name ”large double” suggests. We booked a Double Superior room, and upon arrival, the room given was very small, but as soon as we asked, they changed it immediately—which is a credit to them. The staff is kind and cooperative. Breakfast: Breakfast is good if it's included with the booking. However, if it's an optional extra at a separate price, it's not worth it. Summary: The hotel is clean and the service is excellent, but it's very old and the rooms are small. It's suitable if the priority is price and location, but don't expect complete comfort."

"Early check-in is possible. There were two long hairs on the bed sheet. The airport bus stop is opposite the hotel. Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM. Everything else is fine. There is a free scale in the lobby."

"A very decent hotel for the price. Right across from the Yenikapı metro station, so you can easily get from the airport to the hotel by metro, avoiding Istanbul's traffic jams. The rooms are quiet, despite the street noise. They have everything you need. It's very clean, newly renovated, so you won't see any mold or cockroaches here. The manager is very polite and helpful. He resolved any issues promptly. I definitely recommend it!"

"Very good hotel overall, with wonderful staff. The location is excellent, our room with a large balcony was lovely, and the employees were consistently kind, helpful and attentive. Unfortunately, the entire hotel experienced an air-conditioning failure during one very hot night. The room remained extremely hot even with the window open, and the street noise made sleeping difficult. My father, who has health problems, eventually had to sleep on the balcony, and we lost much of the following day recovering. The air conditioning was repaired the next day. The hotel offered a late check-out, which we unfortunately couldn't use because of our flight. I feel a partial refund for the affected night would have been more appropriate. I want to emphasize that this was absolutely not the staff's fault. They genuinely did everything they could to help us, and we are very grateful for their kindness. Despite this incident, we had a very good stay."
