"The hotel is new and not far from Sabiha Airport, about a 30-minute metro ride. The lobby is modernly designed, and the staff are welcoming. The room is very spacious and stylishly decorated, with everything you need. The blackout curtains are perfect for sleeping after a flight.
We ordered room service, and the portions were huge – we didn't expect that! 😍 Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. I placed the order directly at the restaurant downstairs, and the young man who took it was incredibly helpful when I had issues with card payment. He really went out of his way to assist me, which was very kind and human.
The only minor inconvenience for me was connecting to the Wi-Fi. It required registration, but for some reason, I couldn't complete it. I had to go downstairs for the staff to enter the password. Otherwise, the hotel is great, I recommend it! 👌🏻"
"This is a budget hotel, conveniently located within walking distance of the airport, saving you taxi fare! The hotel offered a free upgrade to a room with a large window. There's a Carrefour supermarket downstairs, which is great for shopping. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby too."
"There was no working desk in the room, which is very much inconvenient for me to work in the room. It is not comfortable to sit on the sofa and use the bed side table to put the computer. As for breakfast, compared with the hotels in China and South East Asia, the variety of the food is very limited, however, this is the standard in Turkey."
"I would like to share that my stay at Istanbul Marriott has been truly fantastic. I genuinely enjoyed my time at the hotel it brought me a real sense of peace and comfort throughout my stay. The location is excellent, especially with its proximity to the airport and nearby areas, which made everything very convenient.
In terms of cleanliness, everything was outstanding and very well maintained. I stayed in a King S Room, which made our stay extremely pleasant and comfortable. The room was spacious, calm, and thoughtfully prepared.
The view from the window was absolutely fabulous. I was fortunate to enjoy both the sea view and the city view, which made the experience even more special and memorable.
I would also like to sincerely thank the hotel staff and the management. Everyone was very helpful, kind, and professional, and the manager in particular offered great support throughout my stay, which I truly appreciated.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely love to come back again in the future."
"I stayed at this airport hotel near Sabiha Gökçen for an expensive pric. While the location is convenient and the room was generally clean, there were several operational issues that should be addressed.
Upon check-in, the shower pipe in my room was faulty. The staff promptly arranged for a technician, which I appreciate. However, this indicates that rooms may not be thoroughly checked before guest arrival. A simple pre-check process could prevent such inconvenience.
There were also no facial tissues provided in either the room or bathroom. This is a very basic amenity that most travelers expect, particularly at this price level.
In addition, the hotel does not offer a coin laundry facility. For an airport hotel that likely serves transit guests, this would be a highly practical addition.
The staff were responsive when contacted, and I appreciated the availability of slippers in the room. However, improving basic quality control and ensuring essential amenities are consistently provided would significantly enhance the guest experience.
I hope this feedback is helpful for future improvements."
"This hotel is incredibly close to Sabiha Gökçen International Airport, making it perfect for anyone with an early morning flight. The rooms are clean and stylish, featuring a lovely tropical green aesthetic throughout."
"We were there in April. It was cold outside. But the air conditioning was on for warmth, so we were especially grateful for that. The biggest drawback was the lingering smell of tobacco in the room (we took 2 rooms, we had a 2-bed room 5, our friends had a 4-bed room - they were cold, they didn't think to turn on the air conditioning - but there was no smell of tobacco). The 4-bed room (room 7) is much brighter and larger. In our room (5) there was no shower gel (only foam in the sinks). No toothbrushes or toothpaste. Only towels and slippers. Another thing is that the toilet doors don't close (they are fixed with the door handle). Given the cheapest price, it's quite suitable for spending the night here. There is a supermarket, a park, and a large street nearby where you can buy whatever your heart desires."
"The room was quite clean but somehow, they gave us a very small room which was a bit tricky considering that we were two people. The staff were extremely friendly and breakfast was quite good. Location was not ideal as it was far from city center but it was close to very good seafood restaurants. Overall, book this hotel if you want a nice and calm place but be also aware that it takes 40 minutes to reach to thecity center. I recommend this place."
"This hotel has attentive service, elegant environment, clean and tidy rooms, complete facilities, strategic location and convenient transportation. It is an ideal choice for business or leisure travel. The breakfast is rich and varied, and the staff is friendly. I will stay here again next time."
"+Ferah, yeni ve güzel bir tesis.
+Altında fastfood ve cafe var.
+Karşıda 2 ayrı alışveriş merkezi olması avantaj.
+Banyoda yeteri kadar sabun ,şampuan bulunuyor.
+Hergün ücretsiz şişe suyu koymaları güzel.
+Havlular temiz ve yeni.
- Otopark henüz açılmamıştı
-Arka tarafta kentsel dönüşüm inşaatları nedeniyle gürültü var. Cam açık yatılmıyor.
-Odada yastık eksik, ilave istedik.
-Bavul koyacak etejer dar, bavul açılmıyor.
-Sadece son gece geldiğimüzde çarşafımız değişmemiş ve yatak düzenlenmemişti. Diğer 5 gün sorun yaşamadık. Oda temizlik hizmetlerinde kadın personel çalıştırmalarını öneririm.
+Aydınlatma yeterli
+Lobby de koltuklar güzel ancak ergonomik değil.
+Business center ve lobby deki masalar fonksiyonel.
Tekrar kalırım, işletme yöneticilerini ve yatırımcıyı tebrik ederim."

AAndreeva NataliaWonderful location. It's tough with luggage going up and down the stairs, so a transfer is definitely needed. The view from the restaurant terrace is stunning, especially in the evening. We booked this hotel specifically for that view. The pool is small, and a swim cap is mandatory; you'll have to buy one if you don't have one. I wasn't a fan of the massage; it was given by a man, and the price was steep. The sauna and hammam were a nice bonus. The pillows and bed were very comfortable – perfect for relaxing after a day of walking around. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend!
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is a bit far from the Old Town, and the room was on the small side. However, it was very clean and provided disposable slippers. They offer free parking and the breakfast is purely Western, with limited variety but enough to fill you up. The price isn't particularly cheap.
5550kkThe hotel is extremely clean compared to other 5 star hotels in Turkey. The staff at reception. Together with Staff in the restaurant , concierge and the bell boy were all extremely helpful and polite. Always ready to help. The restaurant dinner and breakfast was absolutely fantastic 👌. The hotel is very well located. It is a 15 minutes walk to Hagia Sofia, Bascillica Cistern, Blue Mosque. 7 mins walk to Grand Bazaar . The interior of the hotel looks magnificent with the old style charm but all newly renovated. I would highly recommended this hotel to stay in Istanbul. 😀😃😄
GGuest UserThis hotel was truly in a fantastic location. My wife and I had a quick holiday getaway, and the staff's attitude was wonderful. It's within walking distance to the ferry terminal and the high-speed train station. I would genuinely recommend it to everyone I know, and it's definitely my top choice for all my future Istanbul trips.
TterentiusMixed feelings for this accommodation. While it is located fairly conveniently near Taksim Square, Istiklal Street, and the metro station, this place, like many guesthouses around, is located in an area with narrow streets making car pick ups and drop offs (eg, to and from airport) a little inconvenient. Walking to the hotel also involves a hilly stretch- to be borne in mind if you have elderly in your travel party.
Staff at front desk were professional, responded to requests quickly. There was ni room service provided in the 4 nights we stayed, though place is generally clean. Some amenities were broken - large cracks in toilet bowl, hairdryer would always go off halfway. And the worst part about room 102 which we booked was that it was adjacent to the reception desk and staff toilet, meaning every interaction and use of toilet could be heard loud and clear in the room - the be considered if you are a light sleeper or don't like noise.
No breakfast offered but a lot of eateries in the area offering breakfast.
GGuest UserThis hotel is very good. It also has airport pick-up service and the sanitation is very good. I originally booked the hotel for two days. After I checked in, I felt it was so good that I extended it for a few more nights.
NNztommyI met the kindest and nicest host while staying in Istanbul.
They even upgraded my room and made my check-in time 2 hours earlier, and they welcomed me warmly.
This was the first time I felt kindness among the Turkish people I met for 4 days.
The room was also nice. The water pressure was strong! The room was really spacious.
AAkif. My first night was a disaster because my room's power supply kept cutting off and they took almost 3 to 4 hours to fix it, due to that I couldn't sleep the whole night and my morning plans got wasted too. I asked the hotel manager Mr.Arda to give me an extra night, (he refused), airport transfer on my checkout date , (he refused) , room upgrade, (he refused) , Then Mr Arda promised us a complimentary dinner at the rooftop restaurant and that was amazing .My initial plan was to stay 3 nights but then I extended it for 2 more nights because of 1 man Mr.Karem at the reception , the nicest guy of the hotel , Mr.Karem and Mr.Arda helped us alot and supported us in every aspect, but sorry to say all the other staff members there had just 1 answer. im sorry we cannot help you we cannot help you , I'll definitely visit again, Thanks to Mr.Arda and Mr.Karem ❤️ and lastly thanks to Mr.Servet who told us about the free shuttle service provided by the hotel which takes us to Taksim .
Thank you, Double Tree
Regards Akif
