"The hotel's location is great, just a 10-minute walk from the Clock Tower and Grand Bazaar. The room was small but very clean, and the breakfast, which included hot food, was a nice touch. It's located right on the street, so you can pull up directly to the entrance and a staff member will help with parking. However, there's a major downside: the street noise is very loud, and you can really feel the subway vibrations from below. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to reconsider this hotel."
"The location is very good. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Aegean Sea. It's also convenient to buy food nearby. The hotel service is very good. The breakfast fruit is very rich, but sometimes it's not fresh enough. The omelet I ordered was very good."
"The room was clean and hygienic, the service was good, the breakfast was plentiful, and the location was also great. Overall, it was a good experience."
"Location of the hotel is good centrally located, and by the sea. Very simple hotel room and minimal expectations of the room. However, the room's toilet has a sewage smell. Hotel breakfast just repeats itself everyday without varieties. But good seaview."
"Beautiful boutique hotel set right in the marketplace... took awhile to find this oasis and it was a delight! The courtyard was a quaint dining area and we got to witness a beautiful wedding and a live band. Made the experience extra special. The room is not entirely soundproof if you are sensitive to sound."
"The hotel is in the heart of the city. Very clean and very spacious bedrooms with very comfortable king bed you either get harbour view or the street view. Breakfast was excellent with different variety of your choice. The roof top restaurant was spectacular harbour views. The staff is friendly and helpful. Will stay again. Highly recommended."
"WOW just WOW

Got upgrade for anniversary to the penthouse suit on top floor with a jacuzzi and all the extras the views are just amazing you get free bar in room filled up everyday room service if you need there’s nothing at all I could this hotel on it’s central for everything you need"
"This hotel is super convenient, right in front of the train station. The airport shuttle bus stop is also just around the corner. The facilities are new and comfortable. My only minor complaint is that the doorknob on the first room I was assigned was broken and couldn't be locked, and it seemed like it had been left that way. It was resolved quickly when they moved me to a different room, so it's not a big deal. The photo is of the breakfast buffet."
"This hotel is in a pretty central location in Izmir, just a short walk from the sea. Their premium hotels are all nearby, and it's considered one of the better hotels in the area. Overall, it's quite good."

Amazing
CCatmonahAn amazing and comfortable hotel right on the beachfront. The staff are incredibly professional; a huge thanks to the reception team – they were polite and explained everything clearly. We booked a room with a view, and it was absolutely beautiful. The room had everything we needed, the bedding was very comfortable and warm. The toiletries were beyond excellent. The spa is fantastic, and I really enjoyed the services there. I had a peel and a massage, and the lady from Bali did an amazing job. Breakfast was superb with an excellent selection. The rooftop restaurant was also great – tasty and diverse! They even had sushi. Overall, the hotel chain definitely lives up to its reputation. The hotel has its own parking for 10 euros per day.
GGuest UserHas a lovely stay, the staff are very friendly and the pool area is beautiful. We had a nice meal in the restaurant also. Would recommend to others.
GGuest UserIt could be just this once, but I don't know if it's the person I'm sharing the room with, but the room smelled really bad, so I was thinking of staying a few more nights in Izmir, but I escaped as soon as I finished my stay. The shower room is a bit small and all, but everything else was okay, but the room smelled really bad, and the pillow and blanket smelled like it had seeped into them, even the ones I received when I first got them. It could just be that it happened when I stayed there, but I'm worried so I don't think I'll go back. Still, everything else wasn't bad, and there were a lot of cute cats.
GGuest UserThe hotel is big and very industrial. Booked a 2 bedroom grand suite. The communal areas are very big and well furnished. The master bedroom is a good size but the 2nd bedroom is very cramped for twin beds. The kitchen is well equipped but as an apartment for 4 only had crockery and glasses for 2.
The area is very grubby as it is in the heart of the car workshops.
The communal areas in the hotel are very grubby and look dirty and rundown except for the reception area.
Would not use again and in my opinion £400 for 2 nights was excessive.
That said the buffet breakfast was exceptionally good.
EEmin GuluzadeGreat stay! The hotel is clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. Rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and quiet, making it easy to relax. The location is convenient for getting around Izmir. Overall, an excellent experience and great value for money. I would definitely stay here again.
GGuest User
MMadjid MogharyLocation is very good . 100 meters to Basmane metro station. Staff where polite and helpful . Room was good in compare with the price . The only negative thing was breakfast . Breakfast was very poor . They had only tea . Not coffee . Not milk .
GGuest UserThe front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The price was reasonable and breakfast was included, so it was a good deal. However, don't expect too much from the room. The Wi-Fi was very weak and there was no daily cleaning. This hotel is good for people who want a cheap place to stay.
GGuest UserThe service was fine. The room was fine and ok for the price. It looks better in the pictures. The shower worked but the shower head fell off so I had to use the hose as a shower. The water pressure was good and the temperature control work well for a nice hot or warm shower to your preference but the bathroom was very small with a toilet next to the shower and no partition or curtain between them. Everything would get wet during a shower. The TV did not work. It was within walking distance to coffee shops and the markets at the port, but did not feel like a very safe place to walk at night due to the dimly lit alleys. I would probably not choose to stay there again but it was fine for one night in an emergency situation. The front desk at night was personable but conversation was difficult without the use of translation apps on my phone.
