"The hotel is quite new, and the bed is very comfortable. It offers excellent value for money. The room was clean, and the staff were very good and welcoming. Breakfast was also good, served on the -1 floor. The sauna is on the -2 floor. If you need parking, please park your car at the hotel entrance and go to the front desk; someone will help you park. When you need your car, please inform the front desk. The sauna isn't always open, so if you want to use it, please notify the front desk in advance so they can prepare it for you. It's a short drive to the beach from here, and there are restaurants nearby."
"Location of the hotel is good centrally located, and by the sea. Very simple hotel room and minimal expectations of the room. However, the room's toilet has a sewage smell. Hotel breakfast just repeats itself everyday without varieties. But good seaview."
"If you want to spend your holiday in a peaceful, quiet, and clean place with a pleasant family atmosphere, this is just the place for you. All the staff are very friendly and sincere.
Thank you very much to everyone. Hope to see you again soon."
"I had a one night stay at the hotel. The location is great, close to seaside, tram, bus stop. Room was super clean and the guy at the reception was very polite and hospitiable. I would definetely stay again and recommend"
"This hotel is near Izmir Old Town, about a 15-minute walk away. There are plenty of food options nearby, and it's also close to the sea. The hotel breakfast is plentiful, and the service is excellent. The room was surprisingly spacious, which is hard to find at this price in Izmir. Very satisfied."
"We stayed for 1 night; clean rooms, good breakfast, rosary reception, price balance also succeeded. Certainly we knew this on a functional street. The sound was very normal. Only white towels' colors felt unwashed well. We prefer again when we have to stay in that direction."
"The hotel is in the heart of the city. Very clean and very spacious bedrooms with very comfortable king bed you either get harbour view or the street view. Breakfast was excellent with different variety of your choice. The roof top restaurant was spectacular harbour views. The staff is friendly and helpful. Will stay again. Highly recommended."
"We arrived relatively late, around 1 a.m., and received a warm welcome. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. You can tell the hotel has been recently renovated. I always carry earplugs with me when I travel, as I need almost absolute silence to sleep. In the room, you could hear some street noise, but with earplugs, I was able to fall asleep really quickly.
There's a parking lot right around the corner, so you don't have to worry about finding a parking space. The tram stop is very close, and it's not far to the metro either. We were very satisfied and will definitely return to the Perla Purer Hotel next time we're in Izmir."
"We were super centrally located. Excellent public transport connections, and the noise barely reached our room. We skipped breakfast because there are so many great cafes and other options nearby; breakfast at the Ibis hotel was too expensive for us. So, we booked without breakfast, and I highly recommend it. We traveled with our small dog, and there was no pet fee, which was ideal for a city trip. Follow me on my YouTube channel, where I'll show the room. @AsliundBilal"

Amazing
CCatmonahAn amazing and comfortable hotel right on the beachfront. The staff are incredibly professional; a huge thanks to the reception team – they were polite and explained everything clearly. We booked a room with a view, and it was absolutely beautiful. The room had everything we needed, the bedding was very comfortable and warm. The toiletries were beyond excellent. The spa is fantastic, and I really enjoyed the services there. I had a peel and a massage, and the lady from Bali did an amazing job. Breakfast was superb with an excellent selection. The rooftop restaurant was also great – tasty and diverse! They even had sushi. Overall, the hotel chain definitely lives up to its reputation. The hotel has its own parking for 10 euros per day.
GGuest UserHas a lovely stay, the staff are very friendly and the pool area is beautiful. We had a nice meal in the restaurant also. Would recommend to others.
GGuest UserInitial thoughts were apprehensive as we walked through the fish market but as soon as we turned the corner there was no smell at all. Very handy to all shopping. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere with rooms upstairs fronting a balcony that you can sit on and watch the inner courtyard. Lovely ambient non-intrusive music during the day with a live three piece band playing in the evening. Again we did not find the music intrusive. Staff were very professional and obliging. Would definitely stay here again. An easy and flat 15 minute walk to train station and an easy flat walk to Konak pier and clock tower.Basmane train station takes you right to the airport train station in approx half an hour then it is just up the escalator and turn right for a minute or so.
AAnonymous UserReceptionists are very good specially Balik. She accommodated early checkin as well as helping me store my luggage. These kind of services are very critical for me and I appreciate them so much for this.
The everyday breakfast is also really good and the servers and the cleanliness there are really good too.
The location is also near the Konak square. All of the hotels in the area are within some sort of alleys which are busy. For others it might be a surprised but in many places in Asia the same hotels are located in busy alleys.
As a solo traveller, I never had an issue with safety and going around the area.
GGuest UserThe room is large and clean, but the bathroom doesn't have a ventilator and smells a bit musty. It's close to the road, and the windows are very soundproof. Everything else is OK
GGuest UserThe hotel is big and very industrial. Booked a 2 bedroom grand suite. The communal areas are very big and well furnished. The master bedroom is a good size but the 2nd bedroom is very cramped for twin beds. The kitchen is well equipped but as an apartment for 4 only had crockery and glasses for 2.
The area is very grubby as it is in the heart of the car workshops.
The communal areas in the hotel are very grubby and look dirty and rundown except for the reception area.
Would not use again and in my opinion £400 for 2 nights was excessive.
That said the buffet breakfast was exceptionally good.
EEmin GuluzadeGreat stay! The hotel is clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. Rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and quiet, making it easy to relax. The location is convenient for getting around Izmir. Overall, an excellent experience and great value for money. I would definitely stay here again.
MMadjid MogharyLocation is very good . 100 meters to Basmane metro station. Staff where polite and helpful . Room was good in compare with the price . The only negative thing was breakfast . Breakfast was very poor . They had only tea . Not coffee . Not milk .
GGuest UserThe front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The price was reasonable and breakfast was included, so it was a good deal. However, don't expect too much from the room. The Wi-Fi was very weak and there was no daily cleaning. This hotel is good for people who want a cheap place to stay.
GGuest UserThe service was fine. The room was fine and ok for the price. It looks better in the pictures. The shower worked but the shower head fell off so I had to use the hose as a shower. The water pressure was good and the temperature control work well for a nice hot or warm shower to your preference but the bathroom was very small with a toilet next to the shower and no partition or curtain between them. Everything would get wet during a shower. The TV did not work. It was within walking distance to coffee shops and the markets at the port, but did not feel like a very safe place to walk at night due to the dimly lit alleys. I would probably not choose to stay there again but it was fine for one night in an emergency situation. The front desk at night was personable but conversation was difficult without the use of translation apps on my phone.
