"This stay was particularly good, exceeding my expectations overall. The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and check-in was very fast, with attentive and thoughtful service. The guest room was clean and tidy, with a sensible layout, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep. The room had good natural light and ventilation, and the bathroom facilities were complete, with a stable hot water supply and quality toiletries. The common areas were spotless, and the environment was quiet and elegant. The breakfast offered a rich variety of choices and tasted delicious, catering to different needs. Whether for leisure travel or a business trip, this hotel is an excellent choice with great value for money. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit and highly recommend it to everyone."
"Super fantastic hotel, very nice and friendly receptionist. The receptionist is a very handsome boy with an angelic smile. I like Turkish people and beautiful sceneries, trust me, it’s unbelievable. I think moments in the Turkey is my most precious and unforgettable experience in my life. I strongly recommend the hotel “vita cave hotel” , which is located in Ortahisar🍀❤️👍🇹🇷"
"The hotel is conveniently located: close to the T1 tram, buses, Aksaray metro, and the airport bus. The linens and towels were clean. Breakfast was a bit repetitive, but you won't go hungry: 3 types of cheese, 2 kinds of sausage, omelets, hot dogs, muesli, vegetables, apples, and various cookies. The restaurant staff and cleaning lady were very attentive (a huge plus!). The shampoo/liquid soap provided was very pleasant. Slippers were also available. You can request an iron and ironing board.
Cons:
The triple room was very narrow with little space. The air conditioner was aimed directly at one of the beds, and opening the window didn't help with the stuffiness. The minibar light was always on, so I had to cover it with a towel at night. The shower ventilation didn't work."
"The hotel was so close to the metro station called Merter. It was so easy to go around the city from the station. The staff were friendly and the room was very very clean. Loved the room design."
"Friendly staff
Vallet parking
But our bathroom smelt & sink was blocked, despite several calling the front desk & promise of sending someone mo one came:(
Also they tried to charge us fir ice to the room
The spa & pool facilities were shared were the public & male & female was seperate
So no romance in this place
Does not deserve a 5 star ranking"
"Отель понравился . Номера хорошие. Чистые. Никакого постороннего запаха. Один был минус. И то мы с ним решили. Оказывается еду с доставки заносить в номер нельзя . Но после 2 минут разговоров персонал разрешил. Надеюсь управление гостиницей примет какое-то решение . Либо предупреждайте заранее и напишите об этом в описании. Или же не запрещайте. 😄а так пребываем довольны. Советую . Персонал кстати очень отзывчив."
"Excellent! The staff were very polite and professional, and the accommodation was very comfortable. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel's location is convenient, making it easy to get around and find restaurants; the rooms were clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good; the front desk service was warm, attentive, and responsive. The facilities are complete, the environment is quiet, and it offers great value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again next time."
"I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Palace Hotel in Istanbul. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy—perfectly equipped with everything a guest might need. Good location with metro and bus station in just 10 mins. I’d like to give special thanks to Satlyk and Asrar at the reception for their professional assistance and warm welcome. Their help truly made my stay more comfortable. Also, a big thanks to the rest of the staff—everyone was very respectful, helpful, and kind. I truly appreciated the atmosphere and service. I will definitely be coming back!"
"Pros: Polite and pleasant staff, great location, swimming pool, very delicious cocktails at the bar, good breakfast.
Cons: There's a noticeable gap under the entrance door, which leads to significant noise in the room; there are no warm blankets, making it impossible to sleep with the door ajar if you're not visiting in the summer."
"It is very clean and the service is also good. But it might be better to be more selection more cozy."

Great
AAndreeva NataliaWonderful location. It's tough with luggage going up and down the stairs, so a transfer is definitely needed. The view from the restaurant terrace is stunning, especially in the evening. We booked this hotel specifically for that view. The pool is small, and a swim cap is mandatory; you'll have to buy one if you don't have one. I wasn't a fan of the massage; it was given by a man, and the price was steep. The sauna and hammam were a nice bonus. The pillows and bed were very comfortable – perfect for relaxing after a day of walking around. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend!
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is a bit far from the Old Town, and the room was on the small side. However, it was very clean and provided disposable slippers. They offer free parking and the breakfast is purely Western, with limited variety but enough to fill you up. The price isn't particularly cheap.
5550kkThe hotel is extremely clean compared to other 5 star hotels in Turkey. The staff at reception. Together with Staff in the restaurant , concierge and the bell boy were all extremely helpful and polite. Always ready to help. The restaurant dinner and breakfast was absolutely fantastic 👌. The hotel is very well located. It is a 15 minutes walk to Hagia Sofia, Bascillica Cistern, Blue Mosque. 7 mins walk to Grand Bazaar . The interior of the hotel looks magnificent with the old style charm but all newly renovated. I would highly recommended this hotel to stay in Istanbul. 😀😃😄
GGuest UserThis hotel was truly in a fantastic location. My wife and I had a quick holiday getaway, and the staff's attitude was wonderful. It's within walking distance to the ferry terminal and the high-speed train station. I would genuinely recommend it to everyone I know, and it's definitely my top choice for all my future Istanbul trips.
TterentiusMixed feelings for this accommodation. While it is located fairly conveniently near Taksim Square, Istiklal Street, and the metro station, this place, like many guesthouses around, is located in an area with narrow streets making car pick ups and drop offs (eg, to and from airport) a little inconvenient. Walking to the hotel also involves a hilly stretch- to be borne in mind if you have elderly in your travel party.
Staff at front desk were professional, responded to requests quickly. There was ni room service provided in the 4 nights we stayed, though place is generally clean. Some amenities were broken - large cracks in toilet bowl, hairdryer would always go off halfway. And the worst part about room 102 which we booked was that it was adjacent to the reception desk and staff toilet, meaning every interaction and use of toilet could be heard loud and clear in the room - the be considered if you are a light sleeper or don't like noise.
No breakfast offered but a lot of eateries in the area offering breakfast.
GGuest UserThis hotel is very good. It also has airport pick-up service and the sanitation is very good. I originally booked the hotel for two days. After I checked in, I felt it was so good that I extended it for a few more nights.
NNztommyI met the kindest and nicest host while staying in Istanbul.
They even upgraded my room and made my check-in time 2 hours earlier, and they welcomed me warmly.
This was the first time I felt kindness among the Turkish people I met for 4 days.
The room was also nice. The water pressure was strong! The room was really spacious.
AAkif. My first night was a disaster because my room's power supply kept cutting off and they took almost 3 to 4 hours to fix it, due to that I couldn't sleep the whole night and my morning plans got wasted too. I asked the hotel manager Mr.Arda to give me an extra night, (he refused), airport transfer on my checkout date , (he refused) , room upgrade, (he refused) , Then Mr Arda promised us a complimentary dinner at the rooftop restaurant and that was amazing .My initial plan was to stay 3 nights but then I extended it for 2 more nights because of 1 man Mr.Karem at the reception , the nicest guy of the hotel , Mr.Karem and Mr.Arda helped us alot and supported us in every aspect, but sorry to say all the other staff members there had just 1 answer. im sorry we cannot help you we cannot help you , I'll definitely visit again, Thanks to Mr.Arda and Mr.Karem ❤️ and lastly thanks to Mr.Servet who told us about the free shuttle service provided by the hotel which takes us to Taksim .
Thank you, Double Tree
Regards Akif
