"This stay was particularly good, exceeding my expectations overall. The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and check-in was very fast, with attentive and thoughtful service. The guest room was clean and tidy, with a sensible layout, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep. The room had good natural light and ventilation, and the bathroom facilities were complete, with a stable hot water supply and quality toiletries. The common areas were spotless, and the environment was quiet and elegant. The breakfast offered a rich variety of choices and tasted delicious, catering to different needs. Whether for leisure travel or a business trip, this hotel is an excellent choice with great value for money. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit and highly recommend it to everyone."

"Super fantastic hotel, very nice and friendly receptionist. The receptionist is a very handsome boy with an angelic smile. I like Turkish people and beautiful sceneries, trust me, it’s unbelievable. "The hotel is conveniently located: close to the T1 tram, buses, Aksaray metro, and the airport bus. The linens and towels were clean. Breakfast was a bit repetitive, but you won't go hungry: 3 types of cheese, 2 kinds of sausage, omelets, hot dogs, muesli, vegetables, apples, and various cookies. The restaurant staff and cleaning lady were very attentive (a huge plus!). The shampoo/liquid soap provided was very pleasant. Slippers were also available. You can request an iron and ironing board. Cons: The triple room was very narrow with little space. The air conditioner was aimed directly at one of the beds, and opening the window didn't help with the stuffiness. The minibar light was always on, so I had to cover it with a towel at night. The shower ventilation didn't work."

"The hotel was so close to the metro station called Merter. It was so easy to go around the city from the station. The staff were friendly and the room was very very clean. Loved the room design."

"Friendly staff Vallet parking But our bathroom smelt & sink was blocked, despite several calling the front desk & promise of sending someone mo one came:( Also they tried to charge us fir ice to the room The spa & pool facilities were shared were the public & male & female was seperate So no romance in this place Does not deserve a 5 star ranking"

"Отель понравился . Номера хорошие. Чистые. Никакого постороннего запаха. Один был минус. И то мы с ним решили. Оказывается еду с доставки заносить в номер нельзя . Но после 2 минут разговоров персонал разрешил. Надеюсь управление гостиницей примет какое-то решение . Либо предупреждайте заранее и напишите об этом в описании. Или же не запрещайте. 😄а так пребываем довольны. Советую . Персонал кстати очень отзывчив."

"I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Palace Hotel in Istanbul. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy—perfectly equipped with everything a guest might need. Their help truly made my stay more comfortable. Also, a big thanks to the rest of the staff—everyone was very respectful, helpful, and kind. I truly appreciated the atmosphere and service. "Pros: Polite and pleasant staff, great location, swimming pool, very delicious cocktails at the bar, good breakfast. Cons: There's a noticeable gap under the entrance door, which leads to significant noise in the room; there are no warm blankets, making it impossible to sleep with the door ajar if you're not visiting in the summer."
