"I don't know about the negative comments here but my one night stay was perfect: Staff - very good service and accomodative. They offered tea and helped to bring our luggages to our room. The staff showed that water bottles were available in the mini fridge, as if he knew i was very thirsty 😁 Parking - right in front of the hotel, very convenient Room - upgraded from 2 single beds to one queen bed since the staff notice that both of us are married couple. Comfortable bed, no issue with the pillows i like it though not too spongy like what people have been commented here. Overally, worth the price."

"My wife and I stayed for one night on June 13-14. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We stayed in room 803 on the 8th floor. We didn't encounter any issues with cleanliness. The room size was quite ideal for us, and we thought it would also be suitable for longer stays. - At 8:30 AM, our door was knocked for room cleaning. Initially, we didn't understand why they came so early. As we left, we noticed that the 'clean my room' button next to the door was on. We hadn't turned it on, and since we checked in late at night, we probably didn't notice it – it must have been left on from the previous cleaning. - The sound insulation of the room entrance doors was not poor; it was nonexistent. We could hear all conversations happening in the corridor."

"Our stay was delightful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all standard amenities, although it did lack an iron and ironing board (a minor thing).. The hotel's aesthetics - traditional Turkish wooden architecture with intricate carvings and warm tones - created a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were professional and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in process. A special mention to Abdullah, the restaurant manager, who tailored our breakfast to our preferences, making it a delightful start to our day. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would gladly return."

"Absolutely perfect stay in a luxurious big room and bathroom. Connected to Ankara Station but very quiet, and no cigarette or bad smells from the toilet. Also close by Maltepe metro station and bus stop for easy access to various sights in the city. If you go to Ankara by train, stay at this hotel."

"Very nice hotel, close to the main train station and metro station. It just takes about 15 minutes by foot to reach the old town. The rooms are very clean and the bed was big and comfortable. The room isolates the noise well. The only issue we had was with the mini fridge which makes a lot of light at night and makes it hard to sleep. Breakfast was fresh and good quality with enough variety. The staff was super friendly, they offered us water bottles and helped us find the correct dolmus to the main bus station. I highly recommend it."
