Hotels near The Land Split, Pai

Location was near to the walking street and all of the restaurants. The breakfast was great not just pork, happy to see the chicken options. Nice nature vibes from this hotel.

Same as others’ comments there are quite a lot of insects but it is normal for this town. It’s also the reason for us to choose the room on the second floor. There are only two staffs but they are nice and helpful. Good experience for sleep inside the mosquito bar 😆

Have booked 2 rooms on the 2nd floor and 2 rooms on the 1st floor. Location near the walking street. Rooms at the 2nd floor were ok but have ants in the toliet. 1st floor rooms toliet ventilation was bad. 1 not working and both have bad smell in the rooms.

A wonderful place. Everything it' s beautiful and clean! It' s a paradise. We eat a nice meal on front to the river so relaxing and the owner and the guy at the restaurant are so lovely. And to have a hot spring in that paradise oooh it' s something very rare and wonderful. A part the bed that it was a bit to hard we don't have any complain and it was one of the best hotel that we had been here in Tahiland. We will be back 😊

Nice small resort. Good vibe. Go for the larger villas facing the river. Price difference not not much. They are much quieter. The village villas are not villas but more like a cabin, so not sound proof and packed near each other. Breakfast is modest. Great friendly staff. Good Italian restaurant. The location is the hotel's biggest asset, making it incredibly convenient for tourists. Location: 5/5 You cannot beat this spot! It's perfectly situated in the city center, making it an easy and pleasant walk to the main Walking Street for evening markets and shopping. There are many popular cafes and excellent restaurants right outside the door, so you'll never be stuck for a meal or coffee. Value: 5/5 The price is very cheap, offering excellent value for money, especially considering the prime location. Rooms & Comfort: 3/5 The rooms are clean and well-maintained. However, I have to be honest—the decor and furnishings make the room look not very comfortable or inviting. It’s functional and clean, but definitely basic. Noise Level: 2/5 A major downside is the poor sound isolation. You can clearly hear noise from the hallway, outside, and sometimes from neighboring rooms. If you are a light sleeper, be prepared for potential disturbances, especially on busy nights or weekends. Overall Impression: If your priority is a cheap, clean, and centrally located place to sleep while you spend most of your time exploring Pai, this hotel is a perfect match. If you are looking for a cozy, quiet, or luxurious room experience, you might want to consider other options. Recommended for: Solo travelers, backpackers, and budget-conscious couples.

This place is just on the main area of PAI. This is a modern hotel with great facilities and swimming pool. The hotel staffs are very kind. Room had a great view alongside absolutely clean and comfortable. The minibar contains many complimentary snacks, cookies and drinks. I had a great stay, The breakfast could be improved a bit.

Spacious rooms, away from the Main street but you can walk there easily. Many restaurants and shops near by. Breakfast included which was delicious and there’s variety of options. I’m not a breakfast person but I came down every morning.

Lovely quiet location in the countryside, about a 5-minute drive from the centre of Pai. Comfortable bed and good AC to keep you cool. The shower water pressure was very low.

The hotel rooms offer an excellent view to the mountain. The hotel area is also very beautiful, there are comfortable conversations with a beautiful view. The rooms themselves are clean and spacious, the staff are polite. From the downsides: 1) Wood fence elements require replacement - you can get hurt. If you travel with children, take note.
