"The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to the county town. A major convenience is that you can speak Chinese when calling, which makes communication very easy. The hotel is also home to many small dogs, and it's a unique pleasure for me to buy treats and feed them every time I stay. I'll definitely be back!"

"This place is beautiful. Highest recommend staying in one of the 6 round bungalows . Very quirky , clean room and bathroom and comfortable bed. The view from the front porch of the bungalow is amazing , looking over the fields and bungalow . The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place ."

"Located about a 10-15 minutes’ walk from Pai’s walking-street, they offer a shuttle service if you want to avoid the walk. The hotel seems to have been designed as an upscale resort but have seen better days. The upkeep is lacking and aging is apparent everywhere. My room was spacious and comfortable and had all amenities you would find at a 4-star hotel. The bathroom had a walk-in shower that had strong signs of mold. It was raining a lot during my 3-night stay and every time it rained there was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom or right outside the bathroom window. The smell was so bad that housekeeping left the front door partially open every day after cleaning to air out the room. The outdoor areas have concrete paved walking paths across that are very moldy and in desperate need or a power-wash. My room was cleaned daily, towels replaced and water bottles replenished. Breakfast was rich with a lot of choices. Lots of fresh vegetables, fruit and a selection of cooked dishes. I let the kitchen know I was a vegan and they gladly offered to cook a special dish of vegetable fried rice for me."

"A wonderful place. Everything it' s beautiful and clean! It' s a paradise. We eat a nice meal on front to the river so relaxing and the owner and the guy at the restaurant are so lovely. And to have a hot spring in that paradise oooh it' s something very rare and wonderful. A part the bed that it was a bit to hard we don't have any complain and it was one of the best hotel that we had been here in Tahiland. We will be back 😊"

"What an amazing hotel, I'd even call it a hidden gem! For the price, it's an absolute steal 🤌🏼 It's located right on the riverbank, away from Pai's noisy streets, yet still close enough (a 5-minute walk). It's incredibly clean, smells fresh, and everything works perfectly. I spent the whole evening by the river, watching the most beautiful sunset I've ever seen, and I'm so grateful to the hotel for providing such an opportunity ❤️"

"The location is good—away from the main street yet still within walking distance of everything. However, I was a bit disappointed, as paying $54 for one night didn’t feel worth it. It would be fine for a regular hotel at a lower price, but at that rate, the value didn’t match the cost. I understand it’s high season, but pricing should still reflect the overall experience. The property is right on the street, so you can hear everything passing by. The woman who checked me in was wearing pajamas, which I wouldn’t normally mind, but it added to the feeling that the stay wasn’t worth what I paid. Regardless, the view is beautiful from the room"

"It was such a great stay there. We can even watch the sunrise from our room. The environment is quiet and clean. There is no rental service around there, but uncle dropped us in town to rent a motorbike by his car and it was free service. There’s free coffee, bread, and fruits and you can get as much as you want. You can make BBQ yourself also. We accidentally burned the plates and we asked to pay for them, but they refused to be paid. It’s worth to stay there compared with the price."

"Same as others’ comments there are quite a lot of insects but it is normal for this town. It’s also the reason for us to choose the room on the second floor. There are only two staffs but they are nice and helpful. Good experience for sleep inside the mosquito bar 😆"

"The location of the hotel if on the bike is good. A quiet, quiet place, with a beautiful view to the mountains. A comfortable mattress. A beautiful view of the mountains. All the impressions spoiled what was in the room that smelled awful pleasure. On the second day we didn't even turn on the air conditioner and open the windows so that it didn't smell badly. It's horrible and harmful to health. I don't understand where the pleasure is in a new enough hotel ? In two days in the room No one cleaned up. When we got in there, there was no hot water. We were bathing cold water. Because we didn't turn on hot water. There was no fan in the room, there was no refrigerator. And there was no water in the shower."
