"The Royal Suite was a lovely space. However, upon arrival the floor wasn't fully clean and there were used coffee wrappers in the cup dispensing them.
Also, I had to call for room service three times so that used plates were collected.
The morning breakfast consisted of a broken bread toasting machine and no milk to hand for coffees, I had to request some each morning.
The eggs were not fully cooked, and gave me a stomach ache later in the first morning, needless to say I didn't eat the again during my stay.
Checking out was a pain, the receptionist didn't understand how to book me out nor did she speak English.
Apart from all that it's a comfortable space for a few days"
"The accommodation is clean and fully equipped, with Netflix available and a smart TV. It's conveniently located near Sunee Park, right next door, so there are plenty of food options in the evenings because it's close to the mall and Sunee Night Market, making shopping easy. Taxis can be hailed directly from Sunee Park. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ubon Ratchathani."
"Convenient, good location, easy to find food, clean room, cool air conditioner. Have stayed here once before, this is the second time. Stayed with friends, both were impressed."
"The hotel is in a quiet street far from trouble.
Within 100 Bath you rich ”every” point in Ubon.
Restaurants and Big C shopping mall you will reach soon. Maybe 500m.
We booked a Suite because that is for my understanding a very high room level.
The presentation on the Internet was far from reality.
A noGo was the sofa in the room. It was broken and waste only. A hole in the wall wasn't suite likely. We havn't really space there.
If you have heavy luggage there is no elevator.
If you wake up later some food was cold. I asked for heating the sausage's. The soup was good.
There is a lot of space up... Maybe another room has a new sofa. For my understanding a Suite is much more, but the room rate is also not like a Suite....
This is a medium standard house. Okay but not more."
"Probably the weirdest check in experience for me in years! It was like we were not expected, my booking information was sent to many random people on the receptionist’s phone. She kept taking photos of my reservation on my phone, she sent my booking information to my email multiple times , I don’t know for what. We were super exhausted as we just arrived in Ubon and had a long walk in order to get to the hotel. It was really really weird and awkward check in. Ignoring that horrible check-in experience , everything was really decent and nice, the place is super clean , and 7 eleven is right by the resort. Great value for money, and an almost perfect stay, that was ruined a bit by the awkward check in!"
"A truly exceptionally beautiful hotel! The moment you step inside, you notice how lovingly and stylishly everything is furnished – every detail is perfectly placed, and the design has a unique and intriguing character that immediately catches the eye.
The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. You never feel like just a guest – warm conversations quickly develop, and you can sense that these are people who work here with joy and passion.
Whether at check-in, in the restaurant, or just in between – the team is always present, attentive, and wonderfully uncomplicated.
If you're looking for a hotel that combines style, warmth, and a welcoming atmosphere, this is the perfect place. A place you'll want to return to."
"New hotel, everything is clean and new. The bed is soft, comfortable, and spacious. The water pressure here is excellent, and the showerhead is great, with a strong spray. There's both hot and warm water available."
"The location is very good and hotel is clean. However, the isolation of sound is not very good. Sometimes, you can hear noise outside the corridor, but no staff reminds the guests to avoid speaking loud in public area."
"The room is spacious and clean. The TV is a smart TV. It's near a shopping mall and restaurants. The entrance is a bit narrow, but not too much. Overall, it's good."
"Hotel is located just a few minutes away from Ubon one plaza, just a short distance away from Big C.
Good parking onsite. Rooms are a good size and reasonably priced. Wi-fi great...50 Mbps +. Bed comfy. Nice clean place, nice and quiet. Staff really great."

GGuest UserWe had an absolutely wonderful stay at Centara Ubon and are extremely satisfied with every aspect of our experience. Everything was fantastic from beginning to end. The breakfast is truly top-class and offers everything one could wish for – a great selection of quality cheeses, fresh and delicious fruits, excellent coffee, and a wide variety of international dishes, while still offering authentic local food for Thai guests.
The bed is without a doubt the best I have ever slept in, providing exceptional comfort and rest. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and professional at the same time, which really makes a difference and leaves a lasting impression.
The swimming pool and bar area are beautiful and very relaxing. Although the hotel is located a bit outside the city center, it is ideal if you have a car. It is conveniently close to Central Plaza shopping mall and also near the airport.
Whenever I am in Ubon, I would happily return to Centara Ubon. Thank you for your highly professional service. I have now also joined the Centara1 Card program.
GGuest UserIt’s so spacious, clean and comfortable. We liked the location, they can drive you up to the end of the street which is great. We had a great stay here
@@BIIGTVThe accommodation is located in the city center, making it very convenient for travel. The hot shower had excellent water pressure, which was incredibly relaxing. The bathroom was spacious and came with a clean, fragrant liquid soap and shampoo dispenser. Although the air conditioner was older, it maintained a consistent coolness. The room itself was large, with ample space for guests and their luggage. There was a built-in open wardrobe, designed for easy use, which was perfect for storing belongings. A mini-bar fridge was available for drinks or snacks, typical of hotel standards. There was also a TV and plenty of power outlets, sufficient for all our needs, even allowing us to work comfortably. Coffee, tea, a water heater, and drinking water were all provided at the reception counter, accessible anytime. When hunger struck, there were several eateries just across from the hotel: Pad Thai, Pad Kra Pao, and a famous Kuay Jab noodle shop. On the corner, there was also a retro-themed fried fish ball stall worth checking out. For convenience, a large 24-hour 7-Eleven, complete with fresh coffee and affordable ready-to-eat meals, was right next door. The hotel's central location is great for getting around, and there's ample parking. They even offer bicycle rentals for guests who want to explore the local area; just inquire at the reception desk.
NNatpiyachanThe room is clean and spacious. The room has a lot of space, with a sofa, dryer, and medium-sized refrigerator. The sheets, pillowcases and blankets are a very nice touch. (So good that I asked to buy it but the hotel didn't sell it) Excellent service staff, delicious food, dishes and desserts that change the menu every day. Near 7-Eleven, there is a fitness center and bicycles to borrow to ride. Overall very good.
NNett RuizWe recently enjoyed a 3-day, 2-night stay at a budget hotel in Ubon Ratchatani and were pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The hotel's location was fantastic – just a short walk from Ubon Square and Big C Supermarket, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and grabbing essentials.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and local tips. While not luxurious, the hotel offered excellent value for the price.
