GGuest UserWe had an absolutely wonderful stay at Centara Ubon and are extremely satisfied with every aspect of our experience. Everything was fantastic from beginning to end. The breakfast is truly top-class and offers everything one could wish for – a great selection of quality cheeses, fresh and delicious fruits, excellent coffee, and a wide variety of international dishes, while still offering authentic local food for Thai guests. The bed is without a doubt the best I have ever slept in, providing exceptional comfort and rest. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and professional at the same time, which really makes a difference and leaves a lasting impression. The swimming pool and bar area are beautiful and very relaxing. Although the hotel is located a bit outside the city center, it is ideal if you have a car. It is conveniently close to Central Plaza shopping mall and also near the airport. Whenever I am in Ubon, I would happily return to Centara Ubon. Thank you for your highly professional service. I have now also joined the Centara1 Card program.

GGuest UserIt's a beautiful hotel next to a lake and close to the main street with shops and restaurants, but there is no laundry and no dining possibilities at the hotel, even though they list it on their page. It was kindof a disapppointment.

DDazzacottVery good price and ok hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful at reception. Dont expect any luxury but rooms are clean and functional. Stayed in the “Deluxe” triple room which was reasonably clean but some attention to detail needed. The double bed mattress was rock hard, the single bed was a little more comfortable. Hotel room was right next to busy road so dont expect a peaceful time. Air conditioning unit is quiet but struggles to keep a consistent coolness to the room. However I have experienced much worse in other hotels in the Ubon area. No food or drink service but for the price, maybe not to be expected. Overall not a bad hotel, good for the price, but not a hotel or location to stay more than one night for me personally. Reducing rating as got eaten by monsquitos in the room throughout night. Bathroom window not insect guarded.

FFoto HausdörferThe hotel is in a quiet street far from trouble. Within 100 Bath you rich ”every” point in Ubon. Restaurants and Big C shopping mall you will reach soon. Maybe 500m. We booked a Suite because that is for my understanding a very high room level. The presentation on the Internet was far from reality. A noGo was the sofa in the room. It was broken and waste only. A hole in the wall wasn't suite likely. We havn't really space there. If you have heavy luggage there is no elevator. If you wake up later some food was cold. I asked for heating the sausage's. The soup was good. There is a lot of space up... Maybe another room has a new sofa. For my understanding a Suite is much more, but the room rate is also not like a Suite.... This is a medium standard house. Okay but not more.

The hotel's location was fantastic – just a short walk from Ubon Square and Big C Supermarket, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and grabbing essentials. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and local tips. While not luxurious, the hotel offered excellent value for the price.

PPranitiThe only problem is the elevator. I stayed on the 5th floor. Walking and lifting things up until my arms hurt. As for the room, it was clean. The food was good. The staff provided good service. It was quiet.
