"This is an apartment, not a hotel. It was very comfortable to live there, as I had a kitchen with all the necessary utensils. The bed was soft. The apartment also had a balcony. The beach was a 15-minute walk away. There are several restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. The breakfast at this hotel was very meager. But overall, everything was fine. I think this option is ideal for someone looking to rent a place for a month or so."

"My husband and I stayed for two nights in February 2026. We were on the 4th floor and had a magnificent view and a superb location. The rooms felt fresh, clearly recently renovated. Everything was very tidy and clean. The breakfast was decent, offering omelets, fried eggs, noodles, salads, fruits, and more. The only drawback was that the breakfast room itself lacked a view and windows, which felt a bit out of place for such a hotel. It would have been much better if it were on the rooftop near the pool. ☀️ There was delicious coffee and tea available in the lobby. The Tiffany blue beach towels were fantastic. Overall, the hotel left us with the best impressions. We rented a motorbike right next to the hotel at a cheaper price than we paid in Bang Tao. We zipped off to 7/11 for snacks; it was about a 10-minute walk. Surin Beach is the best! You just walk down 20 steps from the hotel to get there. What a wonderful place and hotel! We will definitely be back – two nights here just aren't enough! The rooms with private pools are the absolute best!!!"

"This time in Phuket, I chose the quiet and less crowded Surin Beach 🌅, which boasts beautiful sunsets. It's also closer to the airport without being noisy. The hotel facilities are quite good. There's a huge interconnected pool area, complete with a two-story spiral waterslide 🛝. I was a bit hesitant to try it at first 👙, but I gave it a go and it was pretty fun! 🥳 They also have plenty of activities for both adults and kids. I even joined a water aerobics class, which was great – perfect after a day of lounging! 😆 As for breakfast, it looked like there was a good variety, but when I actually tried to pick things, there wasn't a whole lot that stood out. Check-in took quite a while initially, and they even gave me the wrong room. However, when a family member accidentally scraped themselves at the pool the next day, the staff's attitude in handling the injury was very good."

"We stayed at Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach, a hotel right on the beach at the quiet end of Kamala. Its main selling point is the location: soft sand just steps from the rooms, beautiful views of the Andaman Sea, and easy walking distance to beach clubs and local cafes. The rooms are clean, well-designed, and almost all have sea views and a balcony. The staff are friendly and attentive – they really do try. On-site facilities include a spa, a pool with a bar, and a rooftop bar with a view. On the downside, the pool is small and can get crowded during peak season, and the food at the restaurant is a bit pricey for its average quality – breakfast is more functional than impressive. However, for an honest four-star hotel with the beach right on your doorstep, it's an excellent option. I recommend booking a sea-view room."

"If I ever go back to Phuket, I would definitely want to stay at this accommodation again. The room was much larger than I expected, and there's the beautiful Surin Beach right next door, with a shuttle service to the beach. The pool also offers an incredible sunset view. The view from the terrace at night is romantic too. So far, this has been the best place I've stayed. The breakfast was delicious, and all the staff members inside the accommodation who helped me were incredibly friendly."

"This is a duplex room with a large bed upstairs (no door) and two twin beds downstairs (with a door). It has its own private pool, and the water is very clean. There are hardly any Chinese guests here, over 90% are Westerners. I stayed for six days and only saw one other Chinese person. Breakfast is entirely Western and Thai style. There are restaurants and a 7-Eleven nearby. Across the street is Surin Beach, which is a very natural and undeveloped beach. You'll see mostly Westerners bringing their own blankets to sunbathe; there are no other facilities there."

"It was such a memorable experience stay with Wyndham Garden. The hospitality by the staffs especially Fahmi, Bal and Rei was amazing and helpful. They upgraded our room to oceanview and their service was excellent. Will definitely come again when we visit Kamala Phuket!"

"Excellent hotel with polite staff and delicious breakfasts. It has its own beach area with beach towels, a spa center with a gym, and a beach club available for an additional fee. There are also two beautiful and pleasant swimming pools on the premises, complete with hydromassage and a kids' zone. Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday; we're moving on now but would be happy to return. All the photos on the hotel website are accurate, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Within a 5-minute walk of the hotel, you'll find 7/11, Tops stores, massage services, and currency exchange."

"We frequently visit Kamala Beach and thought trying a different property for once. So it’s our first time staying at this property. We arrived with little expectation but it was a nice surprise. The hotel view was breathtaking. A trainee attended to us at check in, and he was a little nervous but was overall very helpful and polite. Our room was spacious, clean and with a private balcony. We enjoyed our seaview so much and wasn’t bothered with the traffic noise from the main street nearby or the loud music from the Kamala beach. Overall we enjoyed our stay, the staff hospitality, walking up to a beautiful view and catching the sunset everyday. Only issue, there were too many mosquitoes, either at their open F&B outlets or in the room too. The hotel should prepare some mosquitoes repellent for guests comfort and convenience. Otherwise will love to return and try other room again."

"Location : you can go either patong or kamala which is nearest. It’s quite distant for me. But I rent a bike from hotel to make it easier for me n my partner to go anywhere. Service : service was one of the tiptop! Everywhere you go, the staff was so polite and greet you. Room : couldn’t say much as the room was so perfect for me n my partner. Choose the one straight to the pool from our room. As we can just jump into and swim and chill. I did enjoy my stay here. Breakfast was good. All I can say is that the staff there were so friendly, professional, helpful. And willingly to help whatever you need. I enjoy staying here. Most probably will stay again next year !"
