This is a very nice hotel with great service, clean rooms and good shower. We had a balcony with a nice view of the mountains. There is a washbasin and clothingrack outside too, very handy. There also is a kettle and a big fridge, we were very very happy. In the morning they serve coffee with Thai doughnuts. We would stay here again !!

I had a wonderful stay at Is Am Are Stay Boutique in Ratchaburi. The room was exceptionally spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and all the modern amenities I needed. While the hotel is in a quiet, residential area, I found this to be a plus, as it provided a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great value and a genuinely welcoming experience in Ratchaburi.

It is a clean hotel, the bed, sheets and blankets are very clean and white. The rooms are well-proportioned, with a good partition between the living room and the bedroom. There are 2 air conditioners, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. There is a refrigerator and a water heater. In the morning, there is coffee and bread.

We stayed for two days. The grounds are beautiful, surrounded by fields, and there's a pool. Upon check-in, we were offered complimentary refreshing drinks, which was a nice touch. The staff were polite and helped us with everything, even carrying our suitcase up the stairs. The room was simple but had everything we needed. A few minor points: the air conditioning was quite noisy, and there was no shower curtain in the bathroom, so everything got wet. The kettle cord didn't reach the outlet, so we had to prop it up. The mattress was a bit firm for our liking, and the pillow was too thin. Upon check-out, they told us to try the complimentary breakfast. We never quite understood if breakfast was included in our rate, as no one mentioned it to us, and we ordered food through Grab each morning. Otherwise, everything was perfect, and we enjoyed our stay here.

The rooms are very new and clean, and the staff provide excellent service. There are plenty of food options right outside, and a 7-Eleven. I really liked it, didn't feel unsafe at all.

The accommodation is clean. The room is quite spacious and not cramped. The staff provides good service. There is a security guard on duty at all times. There is a parking lot, but the entrance is quite deep.

I like it very much. It is clean, the room is very spacious, and the air conditioner is very cool. There is a restaurant near the accommodation. It is very delicious. The price is very good. If you go with friends and split the cost, it is very cheap.

Let's start with the positive: staff is very nice as per Thailand general experience. Room was clean, no concern. Breakfast is nice. But we were not lucky. The pool had bad smell coming from sumps in neighbor alley. Made it unpleasant to spend time there. On our last night the A/C began dripping so much that we had to change room this close to midnight. Went 2 floors above to a similar room which was were warm about 33 degrees. Front desk refused a compensation for this bad experience, claiming we had the benefit of an upgrade!! TRIP.COM was nice enought to offer a decent compensation i coins. We had 1 dinner by the river restaurant. It was OK, not more than that.

The exterior is a bit old because it has been open for a long time, but the interior is well renovated. There is no elevator, but I don't know if the manager or owner is very attentive, both in terms of the first floor rooms because there are small children and you can reserve a parking space. The location is in the city center, easy to find food. A fan room is only 300 baht, but if anyone is going to stay, I recommend booking a family room, it should be the best. The room has 2 queen-sized beds, the bathroom is not cramped, there is a refrigerator, air conditioner, fan, TV, water heater. A family room is about 750 baht per room (there is an additional discount on the app). Up to 4 adults can sleep, children are free. Disadvantages The counter light is not very bright, it is yellowish, not good for putting on makeup. But the bathroom light is white. In conclusion, I decorated the bathroom. And there are not many power outlets, but this house already has a triple plug. If I come to Ratchaburi again, I will choose this place again.

Recommended for short stay Room spacious is excellent only needs to work in shower water pressure and provide basic personal health items . Moreover it’s crucial to update the hotel amenities information at the web as there are different in reality for example there are no Resturant or massage room available at the hotel. As our stay was short we convinced what we got .also we would like to give our since thanks to the staff as they polite and helpful
