The reviews giving this place give stars as their favorite place are a bit overzealous. The views are definitely spectacular but the deficits aren't lacking. The pros do not justify this hotel; simply that ko lanta is a great destination. Keep in mind: there is no lotion nor conditioner here: curly hair, especially type 4, will suffer. The is no washcloth, phone in the rooms, nor hot tub. Wifi is guarded more than the nuclear football, rooms are certainly worn, there are no USB outlets. For couples: there are definitely young kids here who will never remember the trip, so you may hear crying during breakfast or when trying to get a massage. The maids are neglectful at replacing room amenities, the safe is broken and this place is not vegan friendly. They served me egg in the first dish ordered after recommending I simply let their restaurant know. I did not get the impression that they really understand how to handle dietary needs. The restaurant is awfully overpriced and the food is okay if you even trust the restaurant. Breakfast I stuck to fruit only... I had to go into town for food; Drunken Sailor tasted amazing. Staff friendliness could use improvement. They could at least try to hide their disdain for tourists better. This is expressed with body language and also verbally as we were told false information more than once, when greetings don't even preface with a hello and when staff prioritize chatting with each other rather than assisting a guest. When I asked for Sfiff's name, since nobody wears name badges nor introduces themselves.. to properly greet her. She acted like I was asking for her first born son! They conveniently don't mention that due to Ramadan, there's closed shops and you have to rent a bike to reach the nearest one. That would have saved an hour of time. If you opt in to the hotel taxi service, it will take 3 hours to reach the hotel at 3,000 baht one way. No food or water after a long flight and travel were provided, so please get it from the airport. Google ”Mun Lanta” taxi for 2200 baht taxi via Whatsapp, where they also provide food and water. Furthermore, the system to rent a motorbike is convoluted as you will incur late fees if not returned in time. Why not simply charge for the actual time instead of playing games with late fees and guesstimating return time? This hotel is far overpriced. Get something for half the price, rent a motorbike in town to access better restaurants and the same street. That's my STRONG recommendation.

Мы жили в номере.Хочется отметить что всё,начиная с дизайна ,очень красивое и уютное .Кровать в номере удобная,телевизор современный.При заезде в номере есть комплимент,соки,печенье и чипсы.Хозяева приветливые и доброжелательные.Есть аренда мотобайка и услуги такси.Сам отель находится в 2км от моря,в живописном месте около горной речки.Обязательно еще приедем!

A magnificent, cozy hotel on the beachfront, pleasantly surprising with its cleanliness. The love the owners poured into its construction is evident in every detail. If you want to feel like you're in a luxury hotel, immersed in nature, I highly recommend staying here. The hotel owners are also very responsive and pleasant, and they can recommend the best spots on the island and brew you delicious coffee in the morning. The hotel has a cliff-side bar with stunning views of the sea and sunset. A sandy beach and numerous shops and restaurants are a 5-minute walk away. Charming place right on a beautiful clean beach that is not crowded and swimmable. The staff are lovely (thanks, Sue!) food surprisingly good (fish BBQ!) and you can get scooters right at the place. We actually checked in to the more luxury option on this beach and then moved here instead because it felt way more friendly. Don’t come here if you want to party, it’s at the far south of all the beaches and over some huge hills to the next gathering of shops (although there is laundry and a few restaurants and a basic shop nearby). And don’t expect satin sheets or huge rooms, it is what it is and that’s a bit rustic. But for what it is, and the price, you can’t do better.

At the southernmost tip of Lanta Island, the English name has the meaning of “reclusive”. It is indeed appropriate. There are no convenience stores in the surrounding area. It is very quiet. Second, the hotel catering after we spent 899 baht (per person) at the upscale hotel after eating a seafood buffet, I deeply felt how delicious the seafood fried rice in this store is. Especially the shrimp in the fried rice, the Q bomb is delicious, and in the next few days, no matter the second or first restaurant in the review network, you can't eat such fresh and delicious shrimp. I really felt that I should eat seafood fried rice and seafood noodles at that time. Third, the hotel price is not high, but the atmosphere is sincere. Although breakfast is written in two copies, we don’t have to charge the children. And there are more than a dozen things on the menu to follow you. There are three kinds of fried eggs and fried egg rolls. If you like, you will have no problem at all. In addition, the free arrangement of the two cars will take us to the next hotel. One of the best hostel i have been to, good location , team is helpful, very clean and the beds are super comfy. I loved how private are the beds , the lockers are big. And it s very beautiful , with a calm dog and cat coming , it’s very calm at night ! The bathroom is perfect , maybe one more thing for cloth in the shower , but it’s a detail :) There is a cosy outdoor area to rest or work. I completely recommend !! And would love to pass by again !

I really like the style of the hotel and it blends perfectly with the surrounding environment, similar to some domestic homestays. The facilities are a little bit old, but they have everything they should. The rooms are large and the balcony with sea view is very awkward. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but it is completely delicious. The semi-open restaurant and garden perfectly blend with the sea view, bringing a good dining mood, which is enough to offset the shortcomings of fewer varieties. The flame dance at the bar on the side is also a highlight, making the night more exciting. The only thing that is not tolerable is the problem of bath water. The water flow is often very small. When I came back from the beach and stood under the shower head. When the dripping water could not clean the sand on my body, my heart collapsed. I stood and waited for a few minutes. It took ten minutes for the water flow to return to normal levels to finish the bath. The sea and beaches of Kantian Bay are not as good as expected. I think the comments in the comments are a bit too much. After all, Thailand has many more beautiful beaches than here. In general, it is a wonderful experience for people like me who love to lie on the balcony or garden and enjoy leisure time.

Overall it is good, but the location is a bit biased. Although there are places to eat and do massage, it is generally more expensive than Krabi or Ao Nang, but it is very quiet.
