"A reasonably priced hotel with a very convenient location. Everything you need is downstairs: massage parlors, food stalls, 7-11, Watsons, and McDonald's. It's especially worth mentioning that since we had to leave for the station early, the hotel prepared a rich breakfast for us to take away."

"The hotel has been renovated and it's fantastic – very clean and the location is superb. Stepping out, you'll find plenty of food options which is super convenient. The foot massage place on the opposite corner is decent, but the hair wash isn't great. I'll definitely be staying here again next time."

"Economical, clean, and the service is all good 🌟. The only downside is the soundproofing isn't great. The room doors are just regular wooden doors, so if you're a light sleeper, you might want to bring earplugs. Parking is limited, and cars that are too low can only park in front of the hotel entrance."

"The triple room was the same size as a double room, but the price was almost double. If it's advertised as a triple room, it should offer a slightly larger space, not just an extra makeshift bed. The value for money is just not there given the price. I hope this can be reviewed to avoid customer dissatisfaction. For the price of an extra bed, I might as well have booked another double room."

"We absolutely loved our stay at The Sea Stay Hat Yai and will definitely be back! We stayed in the Family Suite, and it was amazingly spacious. It can comfortably accommodate 5–6 people, and honestly, even more if needed. The open floor space is huge, giving everyone plenty of room to move around and relax. The hotel is newly opened, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. We love its simple yet cozy boutique style. It has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. A special thank you to Skate, the owner’s daughter, who runs the hotel. She is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable with her genuine hospitality. The hotel’s main entrance closes at 6:00 PM, but don’t let that worry you. Guests are given clear instructions on how to enter through the side door after hours, and everything is easy and convenient. The location is excellent too! It was within walking distance of almost everywhere we wanted to visit, including restaurants, cafés, markets, and attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring Hat Yai. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, spacious, and friendly boutique hotel, we highly recommend The Sea Stay. We had such a wonderful experience and can’t wait to return on our next trip to Hat Yai!"

"Third time visiting Hatyai, and also my third time checking in at Lee Gardens Plaza Hotel! 🥰🇹🇭 It has never disappointed me. ❤️ Honestly, one of the best hotels to stay in Hatyai! I love everything about this place, especially the perfect location. It’s so convenient for tourists and within walking distance of so many attractions, shops, restaurants, and everything you need. Another big plus is the free car parking 🚗✨, which makes it so convenient, especially when travelling by car What impressed me even more was the service. One day before my check-in, the hotel staff personally called me to confirm my reservation and asked what time I would be arriving. They even informed me that I could check in early if the room was available. 🥰 Such thoughtful and attentive service even before I arrived! The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. They make you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive, always greeting you with a warm smile. 😊 The front office team is especially helpful, respectful, and professional. Their warm hospitality truly makes you feel at home.  Three visits to Hatyai, three stays here, and I’m still loving it! Definitely my go-to hotel whenever I’m in Hatyai. "Everything about this hotel is wonderful! The rooms are clean, the environment is lovely, and the staff are super welcoming. The only downside is the lack of a lift. If you're carrying heavy luggage or have trouble with stairs, just keep that in mind. Otherwise, it’s a solid recommendation from me!"

"The location is very convenient, quiet, and a bit secluded, right next to the airport. There's a 7-Eleven about 200 meters across the street, and you can also order delivery nearby. However, check-out is at 11 AM."
