Amazing
BBuerderenIt is impeccable. The hotel is located in a quiet high-end residential area. The hotel itself has been in two buildings for years. Each has a public area. The first building to enter the door has a front desk and a public rest area. A restaurant, the second building has a public area on the first two or three floors. There is another restaurant on the first floor. All the public area decorations are very comfortable. Fresh cakes and water are provided in the lounge area every day, as well as alcohol. Liquor needs to be paid. You write the variety and room number on a book next to it. The restaurant is very delicious, you need to make an appointment in advance, the first restaurant is relatively simple, you can choose 1 to 5 dishes, eat 5 dishes per capita at about 1,000 yuan, the second restaurant is 7 dishes, the price is more expensive, because we have no appointment at the local festival, it should be good. We ate two nights at the first restaurant, two completely different menus. Breakfast is relatively simple, but the quality is very good, all are made now, can not be ordered, very fresh ingredients. The Swedes are more reserved and will not show too warm, but very friendly, what you need to tell them directly, they will try their best to help, there are some snacks in the room that are free, drinks are for money, no kettle, but you can ask the front desk. We didn't book a large room (very popular), the basic room type is relatively small, but there are some, even a full set of skin care products. All in all, this is the best small boutique hotel I have ever stayed in, and we bought a lot of organic toiletries for the hotel when we left.

MMrXwThe hotel's location is fantastic, right above the central station, with direct subway access to the airport and other areas. You can essentially catch any subway line from here. Just a few steps away, you'll find the famous Clara Church, and there are malls nearby as well. It's in the heart of the city's CBD, very lively, and you can find anything you need. The hotel rooms are good, especially considering it's a spa bed hotel in the Nordic region... this is the most normal room you'll find 😂. It's a king-size bed room with a shower and toiletries included. However, there are no slippers or toothbrushes.

LLinxianshengbeijingThis hotel is located right next to Stockholm's central train station, offering excellent transport links, including an express service to the airport. The rooms are spacious and clean, and come equipped with a kettle. A standard room costs around 1000 RMB per night and includes a very generous breakfast. This is considered quite inexpensive, even a real bargain, given the high prices in Nordic countries. It's a highly recommended option for anyone visiting Stockholm.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hotel with my family, hoping for a relaxing break. However, our experience was far from what we expected. Upon check-in, there was no mention of any building works taking place. It wasn’t until later that we noticed a small sign in the hotel lift, casually mentioning that disturbances might occur between 9 AM and 5 PM from Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, this warning was not only insufficient but also inaccurate. We were rudely awakened at 7:15 AM by loud drilling, far earlier than the supposed start time. When we went down for breakfast, we were shocked to find that the building work had already begun, well before 9 AM too. The noise and disruption made it impossible to enjoy and certainly not a relaxing start to the day. The coffee was dreadful, as another reviewer had mentioned, and the breakfast experience was further marred by the staff’s lack of attention. If you are lucky enough to have your table wiped, don’t expect it to be done with a clean cloth or any cleaning products. Rooms shabby, location however is good. The situation worsened after we checked out. Despite having prepaid for our stay through Trip.com, we were charged again on our credit card for the entire stay, 24 hours after departure. This has resulted in the hassle of trying to get the hotel to refund us from overseas and we’ve had to engage our credit card company to assist with the dispute. While Trip.com has done their best to secure compensation for the building work disruption, the hotel has been utterly uncooperative occurring to trip.com seniors. Adding insult to injury, we didn’t even receive a goodbye when we checked out—just a lacklustre experience from start to finish. This hotel is part of a large chain it seems, but it’s clear that they are not customer-focused at all. I would strongly advise reconsidering whether they deserve your money. There are plenty of other places that understand the basics of hospitality….. improvements needed!

MMarco Lau1234This time during my visit to Stockholm, I stayed at Generator Stockholm, and my overall experience was very satisfying. I would definitely recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Sweden. Firstly, the hotel's location is extremely convenient. It's about a 10-minute walk from the nearest metro station, making it easy to get to, whether you're checking in with luggage or heading out for daily sightseeing. There are also supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes nearby, providing excellent amenities. Getting to all the major attractions in central Stockholm is quick and easy, which is especially convenient for independent travelers. What impressed me most was the hotel's community atmosphere and quality of service. The staff were friendly and welcoming; they were always happy to help with check-in, transportation information, or recommendations for local attractions, making guests feel right at home. The hotel frequently hosts social events, which are great for travelers from all over the world to meet each other. This is particularly suitable for backpackers or solo travelers looking to easily make new friends and experience an international travel atmosphere. The room also exceeded my expectations. It was spacious and comfortable, without the cramped feeling often found in youth hostels. The room design was simple yet stylish, and it was kept very clean. The beds were comfortable, ensuring excellent sleep quality. Whether it was a dorm room or a private room, there was ample space, making for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The bathrooms and public areas were also very well maintained, giving peace of mind. In addition, the hotel's common areas are uniquely designed. The lobby has a fashionable and vibrant atmosphere with comfortable lounging areas, perfect for chatting with friends, working on a laptop, or simply relaxing. The Wi-Fi speed was stable, which is very convenient for guests who need to work online or plan their itinerary. Overall, Generator Stockholm excels in terms of location, service, environment, facilities, and the overall accommodation experience. It offers high-quality accommodation at a reasonable price, coupled with a warm and friendly service team and comfortable, spacious rooms, which made the entire trip more enjoyable. If you're planning a trip to Stockholm, whether for a short stopover or a longer stay, I highly recommend choosing this hotel. I believe you'll have a comfortable, convenient, and memorable stay, just like I did.

GGuest UserI had a fantastic stay at Story Hotel Stockholm Stureplan right in the heart of Stockholm. The location was unbeatable — just steps away from great shopping streets, excellent restaurants, and easy access to public transport, making it perfect for exploring the city on foot. Many attractions like Nybroviken, Strandvägen promenade, and the metro are within walking distance, so it was incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, from check‑in to offering local tips. They made me feel truly welcome, and service throughout my stay was consistently excellent. The room was clean, stylish, and comfortable, with modern design details that gave it a chic, Scandinavian vibe. While European city hotels sometimes have smaller rooms, everything felt well‑organized and cozy, and the comfortable bed ensured a great night’s sleep. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet — it offered a variety of tasty choices and was a great way to start each morning before heading out to explore. The hotel also has a lively bar and restaurant downstairs, perfect for grabbing a drink or dinner without going far. The overall vibe of the property was modern and fun, making the stay feel more like a memorable experience than just another hotel visit. Overall, I would highly recommend Story Hotel Stockholm Stureplan to anyone visiting Stockholm — especially if you want a stylish, centrally located hotel with great service and a welcoming atmosphere.

UUzura~my memory~Although it's far from the city center, it was conveniently located near a supermarket and bus stop. There was coffee and tea available in the common area, and cooking utensils were also provided, which was great. Personally, I liked that they offered free towel rentals. I'd love to stay here again when I visit Stockholm!! They also store luggage before and after check-in, but it's just left in the hallway like this, where lots of people pass by, and it's not visible from the reception, so I was a little scared that anyone could steal it (lol).

GGuest UserThe shower room very very small, no drop in the shower room floor, only a gentle falls, floors get wet easily. No slippers provided, good to bring your own. There’s no coffee tea making facilities, if you need hot water, has to get it from the lobby. The location is ok, next to World Trade Center and Arlanda Express. Standard Double Room size is ok for two person, enough space to open two 24” luggage.

MMarinTRAVELIt was well managed and easy to spend. Especially, the bed mat was comfortable and I slept after a long time. The kitchen was also equipped with cooking equipment, which was wide and clean and easy to use. I booked a shared room for men and women, but he told me that the day was only men, and paid an additional fee on the spot. It is negative that I had to pay 1000 yen extra to rent bed linen.
