Amazing
GGuest UserGreat hotel and an amazing room. It was Specious and has everything you need. The kitchen has full equipment to use. And also there’s a Washing machine.
AAnonymous UserAmazing hotel! The breakfast spread was fantastic, especially the Arabian coffee and dates. You just had to ask the waitstaff for the salmon. The bed wasn't huge, but it was perfectly comfortable for a solo traveler. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, even arranging a late check-out for me. Our room overlooked a main road, yet it was surprisingly quiet.
GGuest UserGreat Stay at Grand Hyatt Al Khobar!
Stayed in a King Room with City View. Room was clean, spacious, and had a nice view. Staff were friendly and professional. Loved the indoor pool and the peaceful. Great location and excellent service overall. Would definitely stay again!
Wwarmheart2007The hotel's location is great, with many restaurants nearby and a large shopping mall and supermarket right across the street. The breakfast was excellent, very satisfied!
GGuest UserWorth visiting again. Everything a guest could wish for is here: excellent hospitality, cleanliness, comfort, spaciousness, great services, good location, and parking.
GGuest UserLocation is great , breakfast ok nothing special about it, hotel needs to have more services and get the small business center to what it used to be as only on pc that does not work the other one has been removed
GGiovanniBThe place is clean and nice, the only issue was about the gym and the pool services. They don’t specify anywhere that these services are available only in the afternoon for men. Unfortunately the pool has no sunlight in the afternoon and the gym was perfect for a morning session but I wasn’t allowed to use it. These were the only reasons why I choose this hotel and it’s been a pity to don’t have the possibility to use them. The breakfast was ok.
SSyed Fawad BokhariBoudl Gardenia Resort is an excellent hotel with a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The staff is exceptionally hospitable, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for guests. The resort is impeccably clean, with a well-maintained environment that enhances its ambiance. Overall, it provides excellent value for money and is highly recommended for a pleasant stay.
HHoustonianI don’t mind paying for another day if I arrive early but I couldn’t understand why they lied to me. I came to the hotel at 3:30 in the morning of the day I booked for check-in. I was told to pay in full and didn’t get a breakfast. The guy at the front desk said I should come downstairs to check in again at 12:00 for another room because they didn’t have the type of none smoking room I booked. It was all fine. You didn’t allow me spend several hours in the sofa in the lobby “because we are are five star hotel!”(although during the coming several days I have seen people including myself and my colleagues staying in the sofas all the time without paying for any coffee or snacks). The pain I had is they told me to wait until 3pm for changing rooms. I called the front desk several times and in the end called back to China to talk to Ctrip. The guy who changed me full day for less than 7 hours stay has seen my Ctrip booking in my cellphone. The lady at front counter told me they didn’t know I had another booking! Don’t understand what system they were using to manage the hotel. Eventually I carried my luggage out to lunch and then got my other room at 1:30pm. Regarding hardware I want to complain about the bench in front of the bed. It was a hard and heavy thing that would break your knees if you hit it during the night if you go t bathroom or come back for sleep. Couldn’t understand why in such a small room they want to squeeze everything in. The lattice for salad in breakfast had sands. Maybe I was unlucky? Anyway as a guy who stays in five stars all the time I would not come back to this hotel in the future.
