AAnonymous UserAmazing hotel! The breakfast spread was fantastic, especially the Arabian coffee and dates. You just had to ask the waitstaff for the salmon. The bed wasn't huge, but it was perfectly comfortable for a solo traveler. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, even arranging a late check-out for me. Our room overlooked a main road, yet it was surprisingly quiet.
MM38679****Very good hotel, the price is right, the environment is very good, especially breakfast, there are fried eggs, the dishes are varied and often updated, the room is spacious, bright and comfortable, it is one of the more comfortable hotels.
BBeijihaolengThe location is decent, and it's pretty convenient for dining. However, the hotel's breakfast was terrible; there was hardly anything to eat. The room itself was standard, but the air conditioning was old and quite noisy.
GGuest UserHabeth was a receptionist, late in Shoi, when we asked for a plus-cap, and the beach, Mo was clean, the hotel was clean, the rush was sweeping, the elevators were more, and the Egyptian children were walking and disturbing.
GGuest UserOverall, the Marriott Al Khobar provides a comfortable and convenient experience. Known for its reputable brand, guests can anticipate professional service and well-appointed accommodations. The hotel typically offers a range of amenities suitable for both business and leisure travelers. Its location in Al Khobar often provides good access to local attractions and business areas, making it a reliable choice for visitors to the city.
Bbate lierThis was a really good hotel. The water had a slightly strange taste, but it was a great stay, and having breakfast included was a huge plus. It's a great value-for-money option in Dammam.
HHoustonianI don’t mind paying for another day if I arrive early but I couldn’t understand why they lied to me. I came to the hotel at 3:30 in the morning of the day I booked for check-in. I was told to pay in full and didn’t get a breakfast. The guy at the front desk said I should come downstairs to check in again at 12:00 for another room because they didn’t have the type of none smoking room I booked. It was all fine. You didn’t allow me spend several hours in the sofa in the lobby “because we are are five star hotel!”(although during the coming several days I have seen people including myself and my colleagues staying in the sofas all the time without paying for any coffee or snacks). The pain I had is they told me to wait until 3pm for changing rooms. I called the front desk several times and in the end called back to China to talk to Ctrip. The guy who changed me full day for less than 7 hours stay has seen my Ctrip booking in my cellphone. The lady at front counter told me they didn’t know I had another booking! Don’t understand what system they were using to manage the hotel. Eventually I carried my luggage out to lunch and then got my other room at 1:30pm. Regarding hardware I want to complain about the bench in front of the bed. It was a hard and heavy thing that would break your knees if you hit it during the night if you go t bathroom or come back for sleep. Couldn’t understand why in such a small room they want to squeeze everything in. The lattice for salad in breakfast had sands. Maybe I was unlucky? Anyway as a guy who stays in five stars all the time I would not come back to this hotel in the future.
